My name is Debra Hollenbeck, and someone has been stealing my Facebook accounts since [redacted]. I have around 12 different accounts, half of which were not opened by me but by a person named Don Wayne Curry without my approval. I kept receiving Facebook alerts five times a day saying my password was changed, leading me to reset it repeatedly until I got locked out of my accounts. When I contacted Facebook, the representative and others in the background laughed at my situation. They mentioned I could recover my [redacted] account for $[redacted], which was originally a business account for work in [redacted] that is still active without my consent. This individual has been pretending to be me, sending friend requests to questionable people while unfriending my actual friends and family. I have tried emailing, calling, messaging, and using live chat with Facebook for a long time to no avail. This breach of security is unacceptable, and I need urgent answers. Kindly assist. The Facebook Support Team has been receiving reports about fake accounts from my group, REPORT FAKE FACEBOOK PROFILES. Previously, we could provide reasons for reporting accounts that didn't violate Community Standards. I became a Moderator after being scammed by someone impersonating a US Army Major in Nigeria, vowing to combat such deceit. I dedicated 10-12 hours daily to finding and reporting fake profiles. However, Facebook removed our ability to communicate with the Support Team, resulting in all reports receiving a standard response. Recently, I spent 5 hours reporting 70 fake profiles with no success. I am frustrated and considering quitting due to the lack of action from Facebook against scammers. I urge Facebook to address this issue promptly before many of us stop our efforts. We need the option to communicate with the Support Team reinstated to tackle this problem effectively. Judy Keith

I was recently banned from using Facebook for a month because I shared a gif from another user. Despite this, the other user involved was not banned at all. This situation has occurred multiple times, and I find it unfairly targets me. I rely on messenger to communicate with friends and family, so being banned is particularly frustrating. It appears that Facebook's community standards are inconsistently enforced, as others who share similar content do not face the same consequences. I feel singled out for reasons unknown to me. While I acknowledge my responsibility in past bans, being punished for sharing someone else's gif seems excessive. Witnessing another user share explicit content without consequences only adds to my frustration. I am struggling to remain calm in this situation.

I received a one-month ban for sharing a gif from another user, which I find unfair as the other user wasn't banned. I have been banned for a month for sharing a gif from another user, while the original user was not banned. This has happened to me multiple times and it feels unjust. I am encountering an issue with resetting my password. Despite numerous attempts in the span of 90 minutes, the email containing the reset CODE never arrives at my email address, [redacted] Even after contacting Microsoft Support and verifying that there are no issues on their end, I am still unable to receive the CODE. Although I have tried using my cell phone as an alternative login method, this only results in the CODE being sent to the same email address which I am not receiving. As a result, I am unable to access my original account with all its associated data. I urgently require assistance in resolving this matter as it is preventing me from accessing my account.

Thank you for responding. I want to report that my account has been compromised by a hacker who is using it for fraudulent activities. The hacker changed my email and phone number but kept my username the same. The information linked to my hacked Facebook account includes: Email - [redacted], Secondary email - [redacted], Phone number - [redacted]2, Secondary phone number - [redacted]2, Username - Micah O Odia, Password - osazee#oz. I couldn't use my main email to contact you, so I'm using my secondary email address mentioned above. I've attached a photo of my work ID for verification. I purchased products from a Facebook ad and believe the company called 7Bess is not legitimate. I paid $89.99 for two pairs of boots, but the same boots were advertised for $39.99 plus shipping by Boho Company on Facebook. Despite receiving emails with tracking information from 7Bess, the UPS tracking number provided turned out to be fake when I contacted UPS. The stated delivery time of 7 to 20 days has passed with no sign of my order. The phone number listed in their ad is also invalid. I doubt I will get a refund, but please share any details you have to help others avoid this potential scam. I urge you to refrain from promoting 7Bess on Facebook to protect consumers. Hello Facebook, I am concerned as my personal account keeps getting disabled, causing me to lose valuable data. Despite using my real name and pictures, following community standards, and even providing additional verification documents like my passport, my accounts keep getting disabled without explanation. I have lost important information from almost 5 accounts. I have been a user since [redacted], but now I feel frustrated and disappointed by Facebook's actions. I, along with my friends, family, and colleagues, am considering ceasing the use of Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp if my account issue is not resolved. We have even started preparing a case against Facebook to address this situation. Thank you for understanding our concerns.

One week ago, someone attempted to access my Facebook account. Luckily, I had two-factor authentication enabled, so I was able to decline the login. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and only receive emails on my old Hotmail account, which I no longer use. After multiple failed attempts to recover my account, I was initially discouraged. However, two days later, I tried once more and discovered the phone recovery option. Now, I am stuck as I receive security codes via email but do not know how to use them. The codes have no link, and when I enter them in the password field, nothing happens. I am unsure where to paste these codes as they only instruct me to do so in my browser without further guidance.

Two days ago I received a message prompting me to change my password due to a new Chrome login. I complied and used the app during the day without issue. However, last night, upon trying to access the app, nothing loaded, and I was unexpectedly directed to the login page as if my password had been changed once again. I entered my latest password, only to be informed that it was incorrect and had been altered 7 minutes earlier, which I did not authorize. Regrettably, I am unable to reset my password as the phone number and email linked to the account are from a decade ago and no longer accessible to me. The hacker has managed to access my bank account and made unauthorized charges exceeding $[redacted], listed on my statement as emanating from Facebook in Menlo Park, CA. While I intend to dispute these transactions with my bank and freeze my card, I urgently require assistance in resetting my Facebook password utilizing my current email address.

Over the past month, Huuuge Casino has been crashing frequently, causing customers to lose money. Initially, I believed the issue was isolated to me or my laptop, but it seems many players are experiencing the same problem. Every time a player finds a winning machine, the game crashes. In my recent experience, I won 15 million chips, a 40 bet line, and 25 free spins, but after reentering the game, only the 15 million chips were restored, not the 40x pay line or free spins. This resulted in a loss of [redacted] million chips. After researching, I discovered numerous complaints against Huuuge Casino for unauthorized charges, unrewarded winnings, and cheating practices. I have reported them to various authorities and requested a refund from Facebook. Despite my grievances, I am still using the platform due to paid services associated with my account. Recently, I was playing on a winning machine when I received a pop-up notification stating "ADMIN LOCK" followed by a ban message. Upon contacting support, they accused me of fraudulent behavior, but I believe I was banned for speaking out against their unfair practices. I am advocating for an investigation into Huuuge and their removal from Facebook, as evidence of their deceitful behavior is widespread online.

Hello, I recently shared a photo of a Santa Claus that was flagged for showing genitalia, leading to my account being blocked. I disagree with this decision because the image shows the top of Santa's leg and his genitalia is covered by his hat. I think this is comparable to sharing pictures of individuals in bikinis or swimming trunks. Additionally, this was a repost of a memory brought up by Facebook, and I wasn't banned the first time I shared it, so it feels unfair that I'm blocked now. I took action by activating 2-step verification and removing the intruder from my account. However, upon returning after an hour, I discovered that Facebook had disabled my account due to detecting the intrusion and compromising the 2FA. This situation is complicated as the intruder had accessed my linked games like Free Fire and PUBG, where I have significantly invested money. With my account disabled, I am unable to identify the intruder or access my games. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I had to create a new Facebook account to escape a domestic abusive situation. I had both accounts active to gather evidence from my old account before closing it. When I tried to log back in, it said my account was disabled for having two accounts, which I understand. But I urgently need to access messages and my profile before it is deleted. Can my old account, "Mich Elle," be temporarily activated so I can retrieve the information I need? Hello. I recently created a fundraiser in memory of my mom on Facebook, but I accidentally deleted the post from both my page and my mom's page. I am unsure why this happened and I am now unable to retrieve the fundraiser. The post does not appear on my wall or in my Fundraisers, and any attempt to access it gives me an error message saying it has been deleted. Many people had donated and commented on the post, and I am unable to thank them or see who contributed. I am hoping to recover the fundraiser as at least $[redacted] had already been raised. My Facebook page and personal account were disabled without any reason. I've been receiving messages about unauthorized login attempts from a different city and have been constantly changing my password. Unfortunately, on December 22nd, my account was disabled, and on December 23rd and 24th, money was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. I reported this to my bank immediately. Whenever I try to create a new account with my name, it goes under review. I had successful pages with 6k and 3k likes which I'd like to recover. Despite sending multiple letters to Facebook and providing my ID as requested, they informed me that my account has been permanently deleted. I am desperate to understand why this occurred and to regain access to my accounts.

On April 27, [redacted], I received a Facebook message from Mike Nelson. We chatted for about two weeks. He claimed to be a surgeon working for the UN and suggested we switch to Hangouts for privacy. After sending me pictures and information, he deleted everything on April 27, which I found suspicious. He explained it was to keep his photos private. When I called him on video, he became upset, and then I started receiving emails from a person named Blanca Nelson at the UN asking for money for his vacation. Feeling attached to him, I sent the requested amounts believing he would repay me. However, I later discovered his real name is Dr. Fernando Gomez Pinto. Despite doubts from others, I am sharing my story and seeking his pre-deleted Facebook profile and evidence for legal purposes.
