I set up two-factor authentication on my account, and I no longer have access to the phone number linked to it. As a result, I am unable to receive the login codes from Facebook. I have already submitted my identity proof to recover my account. Facebook sent me a temporary link and password to log in, but unfortunately, neither of them is working. I would appreciate it if they could send the login code to my email instead, so I can access my Facebook account and update my new phone number.

Hello, I'm facing an issue with my page, Kartzoo Fashion. Despite having over 6k likes, my picture posts are not reaching anyone. I never share links or political content; it's only my product images. The problem is consistent - after a week, the reach drops to zero, then after another week, it goes back to normal briefly before dropping again. Even when the reach is good initially, it plummets to zero after a few hours. I'm unsure of what's causing this, as I only post pictures of my products.

My account got blocked for 3 days without any clear reason. I'm confident that I didn't violate any policies as my page is dedicated to my children. This issue arose after I posted a family picture and was setting up the Kids Messenger. The block seems to be an error as it mentions posting child nudity, which I assure did not occur. I'm certain this is a misunderstanding and hope for a prompt resolution with better communication.

My wife's Facebook Marketplace account seems to disappear from search results periodically. This issue occurred in the past and reappeared after a few days, causing misunderstandings with customers. We suspect it might be related to competitors trying to harm our business reputation or simply a technical glitch. Thanks.

I previously used [redacted] for my Facebook account under the name Sam Morales-Silva. Due to hacking, I deactivated it along with the email. I've been unsuccessful in creating a new account to set up a business profile for generating leads as a Broker Associate/ Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in Palm Harbor/ Clearwater office. Despite numerous attempts with new emails, I am unable to create a new FB account. I have already submitted my driver's license for identity verification, but to no avail. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. The email address linked to it has been changed, so I cannot reset my password. I have no access to the old email where they supposedly send a security code when the email is changed. When I try to log in to Messenger on my phone, I should receive a code via text, but I am not getting it. Strangely, this number works for verifying my account, but my original email does not.

My personal Facebook account is disabled and I've submitted the request form to have it reactivated. I attached my passport photo, a selfie with my passport, and my personal photo on December 7, [redacted]. I haven't received any response from Facebook support yet, and my account remains disabled. This account holds all my family photos from over 10 years. I appreciate any assistance in getting my account enabled again. Thank you.

An individual from out of state, unknown to my child, took a photo from his profile displaying his missing teeth and posted it on Facebook without permission. He messaged them asking to refrain from using his photos and reported the incident as harassment. In response, they insulted him about his teeth, then reported him for harassment, resulting in his account being suspended for 7 days. This situation feels unjust as they initiated the harassment by taking his photo without consent. It is requested to unlock his Facebook account immediately and suspend the other individual's account for 7 days in response.

I need assistance. I've spent a whole day stuck on this issue. I'm a business owner of the domain www.photales.com. The problem lies with my business page on www.facebook.com/photales. I am unable to change the username as there is no general tab available after clicking on "about." I wish to free up the username "photales" for use on another business page, specifically www.facebook.com/photales3. Originally, www.facebook.com/photales was not properly set up as a business page, hence setting up www.facebook.com/photales3. Despite going through available documentation, I am at a loss as to how to change the username for www.facebook.com/photales. It has become an unusual scenario as both business pages are linked to my personal page www.facebook.com/photales2. However, only photales3 is visible in my dropdown page list. Why is this happening? I have an account connected to [redacted] which is now .gmail, along with the phone number [redacted]5. I recently updated my mobile number to [redacted]6 but forgot to do so on Facebook. I also tried to create an account with my work email [redacted], but it appears to be disabled. I may have attempted to create multiple accounts unintentionally. These are legitimate accounts. I am no longer using Facebook because DeMarco D. had my number and address on there, causing me to change my number. This situation has led to unwanted drama with my boyfriend and even threats from people I don't know. I want to clarify that I am not stalking DeMarco and I regret any misunderstandings regarding a previous post. Dealing with this has been overwhelming, and I have decided to stay off Facebook to avoid further issues. I don't want any links to it and I feel unsafe due to the information shared by DeMarco and his family. I take responsibility for any mistakes but believe he shouldn't have posted my details online. I have made the choice to leave Facebook for good.

This morning when I tried to access my Facebook account, I realized I was logged out. When I attempted to log back in, it indicated that my password was incorrect. I proceeded to click on the "forgot password" option and tried to reset it via email, but the email associated with the account is not mine. The correct email I used to create my account is [redacted] Surprisingly, Facebook suggests that my email is not linked to any account, even though that is the only one I have. I would greatly appreciate assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account using the correct email.
