I was mistakenly billed twice for my order and this has caused me financial distress. With limited funds, I was trying to provide a budget-friendly meal for my grandchildren with an order totaling $26.37, but I was charged this amount twice. I inquired about a refund, and I was informed it would take 2 to 3 days. I find this delay unacceptable as the error was on Domino's part, not mine. Given my financial situation, this situation has left me unable to purchase my necessary medication until the refund is processed. Additionally, the order took longer than expected at Domino's, and I paid $53.00 for 2 pizzas. I am disappointed by this experience, and I expect to have my money returned within the specified 3 days.

I placed an order for a pizza on November 26 at 8:03 PM, according to the tracker, it was being quality checked at 8:16 PM. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived at my door at 9:30, which was 1.25 hours after it left the oven. Consequently, the pizza was barely warm upon arrival. I am requesting a refund of $23.50 to my card due to this experience. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful. I even tipped the driver $2 who seemed dismissive when I mentioned the quality check time. I have given Dominos numerous chances, but I am now disappointed and frustrated with the service. The lack of response from the franchise owner further adds to my dissatisfaction.

My experience with Domino's was very disappointing. I ordered two pizzas with a 30-minute guarantee, but they didn't arrive on time. After waiting for an hour, I had to go to the store myself to pick up my order. Upon reaching the store, they were unresponsive as their contact was switched off. According to their policy, I am entitled to a refund and my pizzas for free since they were not delivered to me. I hope they address this issue promptly. I placed an order for two large pizzas and a 2 L soda totaling $31, but it never arrived. The app indicated the order was complete, but after waiting outside with my hungry kids for an hour, nothing showed up. I'll contact my card company in the morning about the charge. I even went to the store's location at [redacted] N. W. 61st Ave. in Sunrise, and although the store should have been open until midnight, it was closed around 10:30 pm. I have pictures of the store's hours on the door for proof. Disappointing experience as the kids are now going to bed hungry after a long day at work.

I recently bought a Domino's e-gift card which I have been using at my local Domino's branch on Front Street in Uniondale, NY. When I tried to use the gift card for an order through the Domino's app, I received a message stating that gift cards cannot be used for future orders and did not allow me to use it. I'm confused as to why I spent $10 on a gift card that I can't use, and I'm wondering how I can get my money back since it seems unusable. Why is Domino's selling gift cards that cannot be applied to orders?

I visited my local Domino's and ordered an Extravaganza Pizza and a liter of Mello Yellow. To my surprise, I was charged $84 for my purchase, which I only discovered when checking my bank statement. Upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that a $64.64 tip was added without my authorization. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, both the store and my bank have not been helpful, each pointing fingers at the other. I have made several attempts to get a refund but have been met with delays and excuses. I simply request the return of my $64.64. The manager at the Newberry, South Carolina store on Wilson Road has been unhelpful and reportedly mishandled another customer's account. I appreciate Domino's pizza but cannot support a business where employees add unauthorized tips to customer transactions.

I am requesting a refund for an unauthorized tip charged to my debit card in October [redacted] at your Newberry, South Carolina location. I have already contacted the store manager and visited my bank regarding this issue. The employee added a $64 tip to a $24 pizza transaction, which is unacceptable. I only want the additional $40 refunded. It has been frustrating dealing with your customer service as I have called multiple times without a resolution. The blame-shifting between your staff and my bank is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly.

The employees at the Durrah branch lack ethics. There are 3 employees, one wearing a short blue shirt, one in black with a black cap, and the other in a gray t-shirt. They don't know how to speak to customers, their responses are sarcastic and provocative. I hope you can train them. I ordered two pizzas, one large with vegetables at a price of 29 riyals, and they put the wrong sauce. When I asked for the correct sauce, he laughed and said it cost 5 riyals, then he laughed with his colleague. What kind of service is this? I was really upset with their attitude. I hope you can teach them manners, how to deal with customers, and understand customer preferences.

I contacted Domino's over the phone, and the call center took my order but mistakenly placed it for Long Beach instead of my location in Lompoc, CA [redacted]. Unfortunately, they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. I have now placed another order, but I would like some sort of reference number to provide to the delivery person to avoid paying twice for the upcoming order. I am not seeking a refund; I just want to ensure I receive the pizza without being charged twice due to the call center's error.

After contacting the store, Manager David Holder informed me that the order had been canceled 1 ½ hours prior and assured me of a refund the following day. Today, on November 16th, I have spent a total of 6 hours on hold with Dominos customer service. Despite speaking with representatives named Joy, Mary, and Ron, each promising assistance or a transfer, my calls were consistently disconnected. An unauthorized charge of $25.20 was made on my work credit card on November 1st, and I have yet to see a refund. I am requesting an immediate refund of $25.20 back to my work credit card. I placed an order for two servings of BBQ wings, a box of brownies, and a medium hand-tossed sausage pizza with extra cheese. Unfortunately, we received a burnt thin-crust pizza that was mostly crust. I have been trying to reach out for help by calling the restaurant over 50 times within the past hour. After numerous attempts, I finally reached a staff member who was not a manager. Despite explaining the situation, she struggled to get one of the managers on the line, but they refused to address customer concerns. She mentioned that she had been trying to get the managers to speak with customers all evening, but unfortunately, they were unavailable.

I visited your Millington, TN store on Highway 51, [redacted], to pick up my order of 16 honey BBQ wings. I paid in cash and interacted with the store manager. When I inquired about the wait time, I was assured it would be ready upon my return from the adjacent Dollar General. Unfortunately, upon my return, the store was closed without any guidance. As a 60-year-old disabled veteran, I approached the drive-up window since I don't drive due to injuries sustained in Afghanistan. After explaining my order, the attendant told me to wait without specifying for how long. When I requested a refund, there was confusion regarding the payment method, and tensions escalated with the manager. Given the escalating situation and communication issues due to my hearing impairment, I decided to de-escalate and plan to address this issue by contacting your company headquarters. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I visited the Albany, Oregon location on Pacific Blvd today at 4:40-4:50 pm. I believe I left around $[redacted] consisting of 1 $[redacted] bill, 5 $20 bills, and 2 $5 bills on or near the counter when I paid for my pizza. I returned shortly after to inquire, but the workers hadn't seen the money. I only visited the bank and then the pizzeria. I'd like to request to review the security footage on 1/3/23 around 4:40-4:50 pm to check if someone picked it up accidentally. I wore a brown hoodie, black pants, and white shoes. Hello, my name is Chantel Doe. I’ve been ordering from your company for years. I’m a regular customer, at least once a week if not twice, from my local Domino’s in Dover, New Jersey. I ordered a pepperoni pie and a regular cheese pizza, but the order came with a light pepperoni and a burnt pizza with no cheese. When I called to complain and offered to pay for the pepperoni, the person on the phone was rude and hung up on me. I drove to the store, where two gentlemen helped me, but they did not disclose the manager's name who was disrespectful on the call. I would like him to be disciplined for his behavior. I ordered the "bacon jalapeno cheese bread" without bacon, and unfortunately, there was bacon on it again. This has been a recurring issue, and the offered solution of a free item for delivery seems inadequate considering the additional fees and tips. I attempted to call the store immediately after ordering today, but the number did not connect directly to the store, and I was placed on hold without speaking to anyone. As a vegetarian, it's frustrating that there's no option to specify the exclusion of bacon from my favorite item. I continue to order hoping for the correct order each time, but it's disappointing to encounter the same mistake repeatedly.

On the 12th of February, I placed an order between 8:30 pm and 9 pm using the Domino's app. After the first two hours, my order was still not prepared by Domino's. At 11 pm, I tried calling Domino's customer service several times but no one answered. By midnight, my order was finally being made. I waited until around 12:30 am, and the app indicated that the pizza had been delivered to me. However, it never arrived, and I did not receive my pizza. When I contacted Domino's customer service on the 13th of February around 2:30 pm, they still did not answer my call. I have kept all the transaction proof for further action.

My name is Charles F. I ordered three pizzas: one with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushroom; one with pepperoni, pineapple, and mushroom; and a large five-topping pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, beef, bacon, and mushroom. Unfortunately, when I got home, the pizzas were incorrect. I received a pineapple and pepperoni pizza instead of the pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom on a pan pizza, along with the pepperoni, pineapple, and mushroom pizza. The third pizza was accurate. I called the store to request all three pizzas be remade since I had to drive back to get them, but they refused. Instead, my wife went to Domino's on 51st and Northern to exchange one pizza. I am disappointed that the order was not fulfilled correctly. I hope for a satisfactory resolution. Thank you.

My order took two hours to arrive. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was put on hold for 40 minutes without a response. By the time the delivery guy arrived, the food was cold. The manager asked for the food back, but I declined as a tip was still offered to the driver who mentioned it would be deducted if I didn’t speak to management. After finally reaching them, I was instructed to return the food. It would be great if they could just provide my order and allow me to tip the driver as planned. Unfortunately, this Domino's branch has been consistently rude in handling such situations, making this an unpleasant recurring issue.

While ordering a specialty sandwich, I encountered an unpleasant interaction with the lady taking my order, who seemed to be struggling. Another lady, who identified herself as manager Kendra, rudely interjected with a dismissive comment. Despite my attempt to explain that I have placed the same order without any problems in the past, Kendra's attitude remained disrespectful, unprofessional, and lacking in customer service skills. I am disappointed by her behavior towards loyal customers and I found her conduct to be unacceptable and unbecoming of a manager. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I am shocked by the level of rudeness and poor customer service on display.

I have been attempting to contact customer service via phone, but have not been successful. Recently, I have placed three pizza orders for my kids using the Piece of the Pie rewards program. Unfortunately, I have not received the points for these orders. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a free pizza due to an error in my last order.
