On one occasion, around [redacted], a courier requested I travel approximately 30 km from the specified address, leading to a rescheduling of the delivery. Despite filing a complaint, no action has been taken. I kindly urge a prompt resolution to my concerns.

My product was supposed to be delivered on the 1st, and today is the 3rd, yet I have not received it. The washing machine is still here, and I have not received any information. I am facing many issues with this delay. The delivery was scheduled for the 1st, and by now on the 3rd, I expected to have received it. I recently made a purchase on the Decathlon app, expecting delivery to my home address. Unfortunately, the contact number provided was incorrect. Despite the confirmation email stating that the products have been delivered, I have not received them. I recently received a notification from the university regarding a parcel with AWB# [redacted][redacted]. The courier attempted delivery to my office while I was away but promised to return the next day. Despite my efforts to contact them, the courier was unresponsive and claimed no knowledge of the parcel. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue with the courier company and have faced poor customer service. Dear Team, I urge you to thoroughly investigate this matter for the improvement of your services. AWS ID: [redacted][redacted] Please see the attached image. This past Sunday, your delivery driver contacted me, stating that he missed delivering my item on time and assured it would be delivered the following day (Monday). After several days passed, I inquired about my package, only to be informed it was merely a loan document and I should come to collect it. Later, the driver informed me that the document had been resent to the bank. This has left me puzzled. I value Delhivery for its service, not for handling customer documents or sharing data with third parties. Furthermore, despite the app stating the item was delivered, I have not received it. Could fraudulent data entry be a possibility? My package only contained paper, raising concerns about sending items through Delhivery. I request a clear explanation regarding the whereabouts of my package. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I may have to escalate it for the benefit of other customers.

Subject: Issue with Recent Order from Shulabh Creatives Dear Customer Support Team, I would like to bring to your attention my recent experience with an order I placed with Shulabh Creatives. Despite my attempts to contact them, I have not received a satisfactory response to resolve this issue. Upon researching further, I discovered that Shulabh Creatives has a history of misleading customers by misrepresenting their products. Many others have encountered the same problem. I urge you to thoroughly vet any companies you partner with to avoid such situations in the future. Hello, I am writing to report an issue with my delivery from Delhi on July 11th that was supposed to reach me by July 15th but has not arrived yet. According to the tracking information, it arrived at the Guntur hub on the 15th. Unfortunately, the delivery agent, whose name is SK. Subhani, has been unhelpful and rude. He promised to deliver the item the previous day but did not do so, citing rain as an excuse, even though the weather cleared up. I have tried contacting him, but he is not responding to my calls or messages. I urge you to take action regarding this matter and address the behavior of SK. Subhani. I recently received a call from a delivery executive asking me to cancel my order because he claimed my delivery location was too far from his location. I refused to cancel as I provided the correct address. Later, he falsely reported to the company that I was unavailable, resulting in non-delivery. I have attempted to reach him and the company's toll-free number with no luck. I also emailed a complaint but received no response. I am eager to find out if my package is currently at the courier house so I can arrange to collect it. I reside in Beeramguda, Hyderabad.

Hello, my name is Bela. The parcel with AWB# [redacted][redacted] was collected from C/6 Indralok Old Nagardas Rd. Opp Chinai college Andheri E. Mumbal [redacted] on October 19th and was marked as delivered to Jiyanpur on October 30th. Unfortunately, I mistakenly sent the wrong item and now need to have it returned to the original address. Since I do not have any further details about its delivery location in Jiyanpur, I am unable to trace it or request a pickup. The vendor failed to provide the delivery address while picking it up from my Andheri location. I am willing to cover the delivery cost. Your assistance in retrieving the package and sending it back to my initial address would be greatly appreciated.

I've been receiving messages saying my parcel with tracking ID [redacted][redacted] was undelivered because they missed me. However, nobody has come to my house and I haven't received any calls. The tracking ID for my parcel is [redacted][redacted]. According to the website, it was delivered on 12 Jan, but I have not received it. I have checked with my neighbors, but no one received it on my behalf. I require proof of delivery; either a signature or the name of the person who received it. I have CCTV footage showing no one came to deliver anything around 9-10 pm on the 12th. There was no contact from the delivery person, and I did not receive any communication indicating delivery. Please investigate with the Bangalore team and assist me in getting my parcel promptly. Let me know if you need any evidence of non-delivery, as I have plenty.

My package wasn't delivered and is being returned to me. The delivery person mentioned the delivery wasn't successful due to vehicle issues. Delhivery agents declared that all parcels in the "Pathredi" area are being returned. I trusted Delhivery for a reliable courier service but after this incident, I'm hesitant to use them again if my packages won't reach their destination.

Hello, I am Ratnadeep Bade. I purchased a Potronics Dash 40 speaker from Flipkart. However, the delivery person refused to bring it to my home and was disrespectful. Despite requesting delivery to my address, I was asked to collect it from the office. After several unsuccessful attempts, I visited the courier office on 3rd June. When I explained the situation to the manager, Aditya Teli, he mentioned they couldn't deliver to my home and carelessly handled the parcel in front of me. Upon opening it, I discovered the speaker was completely broken. I am seeking compensation of [redacted] rupees and request strict action against Manager Aditya Teli, delivery persons Sagar Gawli, and Hanumant Khomene. I expect to be informed of the actions taken and receive my compensation promptly.

Hello, I am writing from Panipat, where I have a seller account for courier delivery pickups. The delivery office in Panipat is managed by Shubham. Unfortunately, there have been issues with one of the delivery boys who has failed to pick up items. Despite my availability, he claims there is no time. I have confronted him about his incorrect statements and he has become disrespectful. Shubham seems to support the delivery boy's behavior, which is unprofessional. I purchased eyeglasses from Eyemyeye, but unfortunately, they do not fit well. I also bought a Hand grip from Meesho, but I had to initiate a return due to quality problems. Both pickups were scheduled for 25th June by the same rider. I handed over both items on that day, but it has been 20 days since then, and I haven't received my refund of ₹[redacted] from Eyemyeye. Upon contacting Eyemyeye's customer care, they claimed I received the hand grip instead of the eyeglasses due to a delivery mix-up. I visited the Delhivery warehouse, where the manager advised me to email Delhivery customer support with the AWB numbers.
