It appears that there might be some concerning behavior by your drivers. I was informed that my package was delivered to the local post office and signed for by someone named "RUN" on Monday. However, when I checked with the post office, they did not have any record of receiving it and mentioned they would have scanned the barcode upon arrival. Interestingly, I noticed similar complaints on Facebook from others facing the same issue. I would appreciate it if I could receive a phone call to address this matter. Thank you.

I was recently notified that my Amazon package had been delivered, and it was signed for by the reception. I explained that I live in a private house and am disabled. Your representative, Fareed, was very kind and confirmed that the reception in Bicester was not mine. Upon checking your website, I noticed that the parcel was returned twice to Bicester. Is this a tactic to steal packages? Amazon insists I have the item, which is costly. I have made six calls so far, all charged, and the latest call claimed it was delivered and then disconnected when I pressed 0. Can I retrieve my parcel from your Bicester depot, as it is nearby, or will this issue persist? My parcel reference number is [redacted]5280Q.

I noticed in your email that you indicated attempts were made to deliver a package twice. I want to clarify that my office is staffed, and I have a clear view of the front entrance at all times. Unfortunately, no delivery attempts were made today as I was eagerly anticipating the arrival. Moreover, the photos shown do not resemble my building but rather the neighboring one. To ensure the timely receipt of my urgent package, kindly instruct the driver to exit the vehicle, proceed up the stairs, and ring the doorbell for a successful delivery. Thank you.

I was expecting a parcel pick-up today, but the driver did not knock or ring the bell, instead, they left a note in the letterbox. Shortly after, I received an Amazon delivery, confirming no attempt was made. I tried calling the number on the note, [redacted]5, but it didn't recognize the number on the note, [redacted]. I was redirected to customer services and got cut off three times. I even approached another DPD van in my street, but they couldn't reach their managers to take the parcel. This experience shows poor customer service, a faulty phone system, and a lacking pick-up driver. Please reach out to me on my mobile to arrange for another driver to come back for the parcel pick-up, ensuring they call before arrival as I have varying schedules.

When the driver arrived at our address with the parcel on Saturday, 11th February [redacted], he informed my wife that he needed to take the old router back before leaving the new one. Despite my wife explaining we were supposed to return it to the post office, he canceled the exchange. I later emailed Sky to complain. They advised us to have the router ready for the next delivery attempt. As a former delivery driver and transport supervisor with over 20 years of experience, I find the driver's behavior unacceptable, unlike what I would tolerate in my team. I have observed two DPD drivers continuously parking DPD delivery vans outside residents' homes on South Road Avenue, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 5JR, causing inconvenience to the neighborhood. Despite residents' requests to park elsewhere due to limited spaces and safety concerns, the drivers persist in leaving the vans unattended for long periods, obstructing pathways and causing difficulties for locals, including working women returning home at night, and residents carrying groceries. The vehicles occasionally block entrances and create disturbances in the early morning. The drivers' actions reflect poorly on DPD's professionalism, and the neglected appearance of the vans raises further concerns. It is crucial for DPD to address these issues promptly to uphold the company's reputation and ensure the well-being of the community affected by the drivers' disregard.

Yesterday, a parcel was not delivered, and no delivery attempt was made, which my security camera confirmed. While I know the weather conditions were challenging, I received a text last night claiming no one was home during a delivery attempt, which is incorrect. Now I am being asked to collect the parcel myself. Given that the roads are clear today, I would appreciate if the delivery could be attempted again. I would prefer not to have to travel 40 miles roundtrip to the nearest DPD shop. The parcel number is 1[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] P.

I arrived home to find a delivery notice from DPD indicating they were unable to deliver a package. The calling card number listed is [redacted]8, and there is a reference written as PUB. R or D, followed by EFJUIEN, although the writing is somewhat unclear. When I attempted to reach DPD Customer Services online using the provided calling card number, it was deemed incorrect. Subsequently, my phone call to DPD was unsuccessful in reaching a representative. If anyone has advice or can assist with this situation, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - L.G. Powell

I received a notification at 6:36 am for a delivery between 7:09 to 8:09 am, but the delivery driver attempted to deliver at 7:28 am. Unfortunately, I woke up at 7:35 am to find out I had already missed the delivery. Due to my chronic pain and exhaustion, I believe 7:35 am is not an unreasonable time to wake up. Normally, I receive a notification 2-3 hours before my delivery window, not just 30 minutes before. The parcel includes pet food which I urgently need today. I don't have a secure place to leave the parcel near my apartment due to theft concerns in the area. Additionally, I can't alter anything due to council restrictions, and I have to turn off my doorbell at night because of my noisy neighbor. I kindly request DPD to deliver my parcel today or tomorrow. I also ask for assurance that they will cover any damages or vet fees for my animals if there are any delays. Waiting until Tuesday for the next available slot is not acceptable, especially when other deliveries are scheduled sooner.

Dear Customer Service, I anticipated a delivery today and received an email stating the driver attempted delivery, but no one was home. However, the driver mistakenly photographed my neighbor's door as proof. This is the second time my delivery has been misrouted. I have an issue regarding an expected parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] scheduled for delivery today between 1 and 2 pm. I left a message for the delivery service explaining that if I'm not home, they can leave the package at the back door through the gate. Unfortunately, my neighbor was home when the delivery was attempted, and I received an email from DPD at 3:17 pm stating that the delivery couldn't be completed as I was home. The driver, Yalkay, sent a photo of Crown Street instead of Sparrows Rise. I was expecting a delivery today but received a message stating that delivery was attempted at 7:13 pm when it's only 6:30 pm now, which is not accurate. I've been home all day and no one tried to deliver. I'll be home again tomorrow and hope for a successful delivery. I'm frustrated by the misinformation and expect better service.

I was expecting a package from O2 yesterday, but it was signed for by someone named Hunt when my name is Carter. I requested a call back since the delivery slot had passed without any notification. The driver listed for the delivery is Damian. Please, take the necessary steps to either have my urgent package redelivered to me or provide information on where it was delivered so I can collect it.

I'm having an issue with a package delivery. It was brought to my neighbor's house on 25/5/23, but I didn't receive any notification about it. I only found out because the sender informed me. My neighbors are currently out working, so I'm unsure when they'll be back. My name is Stephen O., and I live at 4 Swan St, Darwen. The package is from Auto Pot UK Ltd. I believe delivery drivers should leave cards and send messages or emails informing recipients about the delivery location to avoid such situations in the future.

Hello, I missed a delivery two days ago. I received a message that another delivery would come the next day, but I didn't receive a time slot, just a notice on your website that my parcel is at the DPD Swansea depot. I rescheduled the delivery for today but haven't received a time slot message. I contacted customer service, and a colleague couldn't explain the reason for this issue. Apparently, someone opened the parcel and took the phone's invoice. I'm worried because EE has no information about the missing invoice.

Hello, I recently rejected a delivery due to unsuitable packaging provided by the sender. This is the second time I have experienced this issue and had to request for a replacement to be sent in better packaging. The item, being both high value and fragile, arrived in a plastic postal bag without adequate protection. Consequently, I declined the delivery and asked for the parcel to be returned to the sender. Despite this, the driver mentioned being new and unsure about the return process. The parcel's tracking number is [redacted]8603Y. Yesterday, my parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I was home all day, and no one rang the doorbell. Despite speaking with DPD customer service several times, they claimed it was at the post office, but it wasn't there. The online status indicated it was delivered at 23:59, which was before I received any notification. After another call, a representative mentioned checking with the post office this morning to verify its status. I hope they locate and deliver the parcel promptly or arrange for a replacement to be sent over soon.
