As a long-time customer who regularly shops in both the UK and Poland, I recently made an online purchase of 3 mists and liquid hand soaps from your website. While listed as new, one mist has an unpleasant old smell, another mist has a broken atomizer, and the liquid soap has a defective dispenser. Unfortunately, none of the items I received are usable, leading to my disappointment. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from your brand online in the future. I'm puzzled by the lack of quality control on these products as I have never encountered this issue before. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention in hopes that you can improve the quality of goods sent to customers to prevent others from experiencing the same loss of money.

I recently unwrapped a new car air freshener clip. I followed the instructions, but after two days of usage, I started experiencing headaches and noticed a strong fragrance. The air freshener had leaked, damaging my dashboard and spreading into the vents. This situation made my kids and me feel sick during a road trip. My son is being severely bullied at Junior High. His bully constantly criticizes him, especially after PE, mocking him for his odor. I visited BBW before the school year began to buy body sprays for my godchildren. I decided to try the sprays for my son since he didn't like Axe. He has been using it daily for the past week and even created a YouTube video about it and puberty. He has finished Ocean and Noir and is now onto Graphite, I believe. He is now interested in trying the deodorants as well. Thank you for creating products that a 12.5-year-old going through puberty enjoys using.

Order number [redacted]6 was shipped by LaserShip and was supposed to arrive on September 18th. Despite a notice of delay to the following day, I have yet to receive my package as of September 21, [redacted]. The payment has been processed, and I am unable to locate a contact number for assistance. I usually receive my orders via regular mail without any issues until now. I am unfamiliar with LaserShip and frustrated by the lack of customer support. Communicating with an answering machine without a resolution has been unhelpful. On September 16, [redacted], I ordered 20 Wallflowers refills and they arrived today in poor condition. The package was stained with oil and had a pleasant smell. Inside, I discovered oily refills, two with broken lids and empty bottles, and deflated inflatable cushions causing the damage. Additionally, the double packages were all empty and squashed. Can this shipment issue be resolved? Marilyn B.

I sent a Bath and Body Works Christmas gift package to my daughter and son-in-law in Las Vegas, where they are stationed with the Air Force. I ordered the package online at BathandBodyWorks.com, and it was shipped with UPS, then transferred to USPS for delivery. Unfortunately, my daughter never received the package. The tracking shows that it was delivered and left in a parcel locker, but then it was supposedly returned to the sender due to an insufficient address. I believe it may have been stolen or misplaced. I have reached out to Bath and Body Works customer service twice. The first representative, Chris, wasn't able to resolve the issue. I then spoke to a lady named Sable, who mentioned that they would refund the amount I paid, but I am yet to receive an email confirming this. I am patiently waiting for 3-5 days to see if I will be reimbursed.
