I have been unable to access my account for several days now. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, each time I try, I am prompted to contact support; however, the sign-in process continues to fail in a loop. When I attempted to change my location, I discovered a default address linked to my account in Torrance linked to someone named Leonard M Willia with the zip code [redacted]. I do not reside in Torrance, and it appears that either someone has gained unauthorized access to my account or there is a technical error on your end. My correct address should be listed under Linda in Heyburn. I have never visited Torrance, and I suspect someone is attempting to make international shipments from my account by selecting "ship outside the US" on the location page.

My orders keep getting automatically cancelled without any explanation or clear notification of the reason. I am also unable to use my Amazon Pay balance of ₹[redacted], which is quite frustrating. As a loyal Prime member who shops on Amazon almost daily, I often have to return items due to damages or misleading information from sellers. However, not being able to purchase non-digital products and use my pay balance for recharges or bill payments is unfair. Amazon's customer service support has also been disappointing. Hello, I have been repeatedly ordering the same items on Amazon since the end of April to the beginning of May, and I have yet to receive any of the items. I am using a family member's debit card since I do not have my own. This family member gave me permission to use the debit card for my Amazon purchases, and they are aware of the items I have been ordering. I check my orders in pounds and pence, and despite cancelling and reapplying some orders to receive them by today morning and Sunday afternoon, I am still waiting. I apologize for the delay in processing my orders and not receiving them. My Amazon account belongs to me, and I have submitted documentation for one of the items I purchased. I hope to have visibility on the rest of my orders soon.

On April 6, [redacted], I attempted to address this matter with Hannah C. The issue I am encountering is regarding a $30.00 Promotional Credit on the Amazon Mobile App. Upon downloading and installing the app, I was supposed to receive a $15.00 credit on my first order and another $15.00 on the subsequent order. However, when attempting to place the order, the $15.00 credit was not applied. Following a phone call with Hannah C. lasting nearly 40 minutes, I was transferred to another Agent with the expectation of a resolution. Today, upon logging into the Amazon App to place an order, the $15.00 credit once again was not applied. This ongoing situation is both frustrating for me and time-consuming for both myself and your agents if I need to contact support again for resolution. Hello, my name is Ned McPherson. I recently encountered an issue with my new account under the username Leray Espy. Everything was going well until a few days ago when I was placing orders for knives, a sharpening stone kit, a razor strop, and a holster for my Bond Arms Texas Defender Derringer. However, things took a frustrating turn when I tried to purchase a 14 karat gold 20-inch 5mm solid rope chain and an 8-inch 5mm bracelet to match. I used my Amazon credit card for the transaction, only to receive an email stating the order was canceled due to suspicious activity. After speaking with a representative named Princes, I realized I had inadvertently used two different accounts for purchases. I reordered the necklace and bracelet, but to my dismay, I encountered the same issue of suspicious activity on my account again. I want Amazon to address this problem promptly. I am currently a very dissatisfied customer.

I am missing screws from my order. They are referring to the bag labeled #2, and I believe the part number is M6X35. I have only half of the Homieasy End Table assembled and need this sorted out quickly. My accounts on both Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk were closed. Despite receiving notifications that an email with more information was sent, I have not received it. I am certain it's not an issue with my email address since I received purchase confirmations recently. I believe this is related to recent changes in my card details, which I can clarify if I can reach out to Amazon, but I haven't been able to do so yet.

I returned three items almost two weeks ago, and I received the refund. However, I used a one-time card through Klarna for the payment, and they are requesting proof from Amazon via chat that the items were returned. Despite sending all the necessary confirmations, Klarna doubts the return and insists on a chat conversation for evidence. I have tried reaching out through the chat line, but only encountered a bot. I require a chat conversation with a real person to document that Amazon has confirmed receiving and refunding the items. This additional proof is needed, along with the emails, tracking numbers, and confirmations I have already provided. Thank you.

On Saturday, May 7th at 1:36 PM, I received two boxes under order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The packages and products were fine upon delivery. However, the driver steered off the driveway onto wet grass, where the vehicle got stuck. Despite offering assistance, the driver seemed unresponsive and behaved oddly. Eventually, I called the police, who arrived and arrested the Amazon driver for DUI. A towing company helped remove the truck, transfer the packages to another vehicle, and impound the empty Amazon truck. Good morning, I'm Robert Fulcomer, the Director of Security at the Towers of Kenwood in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am experiencing recurring issues with your delivery drivers. The app instructs them to deliver to the front desk, but this is a large building with multiple businesses, each having its own front desk. When I am away, the drivers leave packages on my desk, which isn't the front desk service. I kindly request that the delivery instructions be updated to specify that all packages should be delivered to the suites within the building, not the Security console. Recently, a delivery person refused to take a package to the floors and threatened to leave it outside. It's essential to ensure drivers are familiar with business operations and customer satisfaction if they are outsourced. I would like to file a complaint about the delivery person, Johna. This is Mo from Hanover Hermann Park Concierge Desk in Houston, TX. Our address is [redacted] Almeda Road, [redacted]. We operate a Luxer One room for packages where carriers are expected to log in all deliveries. Johna, the Amazon delivery person, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my polite request for her to log in the packages, she refused and was dismissive. I have been trying to contact someone to address this issue. I purchased the electric bicycle on April 20th. The seller has received my payment. Upon tracking my parcel, I noticed that the goods are being delivered from China. I was expecting the order yesterday, but it did not arrive. I contacted customer service today, and they informed me that the order had been cancelled. The seller then sent me a cancellation notice, indicating that I initiated the cancellation. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. I have been eagerly waiting for this bike for almost a month, especially because my daughter needs it to commute to HCC for classes. She cannot drive and relies on the bike for convenience. I accidentally subscribed to Amazon Prime by pressing a button on my Smart TV remote almost a year ago, paying $13.77 monthly since June [redacted]. We don't use the service and attempted to cancel in December [redacted] or maybe January [redacted], but the subscription persists. Despite canceling my credit card with Slate Chase and receiving a new one, the charges continue. I've filed a dispute with Chase against Amazon Prime to address this ongoing issue. Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] I have noticed that the delivery person who has visited my home a few times tends to throw packages onto the front stoop rather than placing them gently. I have captured this behavior on our Ring camera, and it has made the Amazon delivery service unreliable for me as I am concerned about the condition of my packages. While the delivery person may not know the contents of the packages, I recently received a birthday gift for my son that had its bottom corner crushed inside a delivery bag. Unfortunately, it is too late to return the item. Giving someone a gift with a damaged exterior looks unappealing. I would appreciate it if the delivery person could either refrain from delivering to my address or handle packages more carefully in the future.
