I have been attempting to resolve an issue with a purchase made in November [redacted] for a TAG Heuer Men's watch (Model: WAZ1111W,BA0875) from the seller JK LUXURY. I paid $[redacted] + $30 via Mastercard ending in [redacted] and shipped to Hayarkon 6, Haifa, Israel, postal code [redacted]. The watch, accompanied by a TAG Heuer International guarantee, worked well for a year until November [redacted] when the hours hand ceased moving while the minutes hand remained operational. Initially, I contacted customer service through chat and received assurance from Amazon that they would assist in obtaining a full refund or purchasing the same watch again. Despite contacting Amazon and the seller, JK LUXURY, three weeks ago, I have yet to receive any response. (Samples of chat interactions included.)

I believe I received an email from Amazon with a new email address listed. My previous email was compromised, and now I see this new email connected to my account: za.ra.ma.xx935+[redacted] I cannot access my email due to the hack, so please call me at [redacted] to confirm if this message is legitimate. I cannot receive emails at this time due to the security breach. Thank you.

I recently purchased two pairs of Christmas pajamas, but was surprised to see they wouldn't arrive until February. I briefly clicked on expedited shipping out of curiosity and was shocked to see it was priced at over $80. Unfortunately, it seems there was a mix-up as my order was unexpectedly switched to the expensive shipping option. Despite my attempts to cancel it before shipment, I was informed it was too late. I've reached out to the seller multiple times, with little success, and was promised a refund if contacted before Christmas. Interestingly, had I placed the order through my husband's Prime account, the expedited shipping would have only cost three dollars. This mix-up has used up my Christmas budget for my kids, and I'm feeling frustrated and in need of assistance.

I purchased the TWSi 12 earbuds from your company a while ago, but when they arrived, they were in Chinese. I've been trying for months to switch them to English without success. I reached out to your online chat, but was directed to a paid specialist, which I'm not keen on. I had closed my account after receiving the earbuds and don't want to open a new one. It's frustrating dealing with this issue for so long.

Hello Amazon support team, I require assistance with unblocking my account. I attempted to use an Amazon gift card, received from Mr. P.K., during my job interview with Adecco, to purchase a shoe dye. After receiving an email about my account being temporarily blocked, I provided my ATM card details, resident permit card, and a picture of the gift card. However, I was informed that this information was insufficient for unblocking my account. Kindly assist me in unblocking my account. Thank you.

I have checked the tracking information, and it says that the package has been delivered, but I have not received it. It also shows a delivery date range of Dec. 10 - Dec. 15. I am confused because I haven't received anything. I'm not sure if the package has actually been delivered or if I should wait. Sometimes, early delivery dates are shown which can be misleading. I haven't seen any delivery attempt at my door. Should I call to inquire? It would be helpful to have a more accurate assessment of the package location to avoid unnecessary confusion. Thank you.

Order NUMBER [redacted]-[redacted] was placed for a folding office chair. The issue at hand is that the shipping label was generated on November 26, but UPS has not scanned it yet. Having experience in distribution centers, it seems probable that the product is not available. My suspicion is that the label was created to give the illusion of shipping without the product being in stock. If this is the case, it may be considered fraud that should be reported to the FTC. On December 10th, when I returned home from the hospital during a blizzard, I found another package from Amazon with the same item. I am certain I did not place another order. I just wanted to let you know that a package was mistakenly delivered to my address that is not mine. It was left at [redacted] Kesselring Avenue in Dover, Delaware, but I did not place the order. The name on the package does not match mine. The item is currently sitting on my front porch with incorrect details. If possible, could someone please come retrieve the package? I need help with returning an item. After requesting a refund and a replacement, I received the replacement but have not had the original item picked up by the delivery person as promised. I purchased a back massager and tried using it for the fourth time last night, but it keeps turning off. After reading reviews, I see that many people are having the same issue. I placed an order for a ladder three weeks ago with an expected delivery date of December 6th. The tracking number is [redacted], and it shows that the ladder is with NSD at a local distributor. I have been trying to contact them but have had no success - leaving multiple messages and waiting on the phone for hours. I spoke to an Amazon representative last night who reassured me that it would be resolved, and I was promised a call by 5 pm today. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates, and this situation is becoming frustrating. I now have a $[redacted] ladder that I cannot access, leading me to rent one for $[redacted]. On December 10, I received two packages addressed to Amanda Brown at my address, [redacted] Manderlay Dr., Florence, KY 41[redacted]. There is no one by that name here. This has happened before, and I was told by the delivery company that I could keep the packages. I've tried to locate Amanda to ensure she gets her items, but I couldn't find her information. A few months back, I experienced some "suspicious activity" on my Amazon account, resulting in it being locked without any prior notification. Despite my attempts to access my account, I was met with a message indicating it was still locked with no guidance provided on how to rectify the situation. Frustrated, as I had a specific item I urgently wanted to purchase for my husband, I opted to acquire a $[redacted].00 Amazon gift card as a workaround. Unfortunately, I discovered that I needed to log in to my Amazon account to load the card, which was not feasible due to the account lock. After purchasing the gift card, I learned that the store does not issue refunds for non-functional gift cards, leaving me at a loss of $[redacted].00. To resolve this, I require an immediate refund of the $[redacted].00 since Amazon no longer has my credit card details. My Amazon order hasn't been shipped. I contacted Aus Post, and they confirmed they never received it. Amazon is unable to assist me as the issue isn't recognized on their end. Aus Post mentioned that the package was scanned at Amazon's depot but was never physically sent. It seems like the package might have been taken or lost. The expected delivery was September 8th, and it still hasn't arrived.

I wanted to inform you that I bought a Furinno nightstand from Ashley Home Stores online, but it arrived damaged. Initially, Furinno promised to send replacement parts if I provided them with specifications and the order number, but they have not followed through. I purchased two loveseats on Amazon and received a confirmation email for delivery on Friday, Dec 10. After tracking, I found out they are at the carrier depot in Obetz, Ohio since Saturday, Dec 11. However, there have been no updates since. Today, I checked the website and learned that special delivery instructions are needed for large items, and the manufacturer should contact me to arrange delivery after processing the order.
