I purchased 20 pounds of Meow Mix and a package of Huggies diapers. Amazon informed me of a delay, so I cancelled the order. Surprisingly, weeks later, I received the shipment, and yesterday it came again. As a senior citizen with a disability, returning the 40 pounds of cat food and the diapers will be challenging. I originally bought the cat food due to reported shortages and the diapers for my pregnant daughter-in-law.

I received my order with 3 items, Order #[redacted]-[redacted], it was noted as delivered on Tuesday, December 7, at 9:47 PM. However, this is incorrect. I checked at 11 PM, then at midnight, and throughout today, and still have not received it. I am leaving tomorrow morning and need my order. Customer service mentioned that sometimes orders are mistakenly marked as delivered. It is frustrating not knowing when to expect my package due to this error. They advised me to contact them if it is not delivered by the end of tomorrow, but I will be gone by then. This situation has left me unsure of how to trace my package since it was wrongly labeled as delivered.

Hello, I purchased two SATINIOR Halloween Pirate Sash Belts on October 18, [redacted]. They arrived in separate bags but I returned them together in one bag. I recently received an email stating I still need to return one or face a charge. I have already sent both items back, but I realize the packaging could have caused confusion. I recently ordered (2) bio freeze gels, but they were delivered to my old address. The current occupant kindly informed me about the package receipt. Although I updated my address on Amazon earlier, the package still went to the old address. Could you please send an updated label with my new address to the current occupant so they can forward the package to me? I recently received my order of 4 12 ct. Nature's Recipe wet dog food cups (2.75oz). Unfortunately, one cup in each of the 12 ct. boxes was damaged and leaked onto the other cups. It seems like this was known because they were wrapped in plastic before shipping. It was quite messy. I would appreciate it if the two damaged cups could be replaced. Flavor doesn't matter, as I know they are also sold individually. Every dollar is important during the Christmas season. Thank you. I look forward to your reply.

I am experiencing an issue with the Kindle book ordering process. Recently, I have noticed that the only option available is the 1-click ordering method. This is inconvenient for me because I occasionally need to change my payment method, which is not possible with 1-click ordering. If this is now the standard procedure for ordering Kindle books, I may have to stop using Amazon and switch back to using my Nook. Could you please clarify if 1-click ordering will continue to be the permanent ordering method for Kindle books?

I have a Prime subscription and attempted to add it to a new device. When I begin the sign-in process, the two-step verification prompts me for a code sent to my mobile, but I have not received it in over 6 weeks. I am unable to confirm my account or access any help, stuck in a loop. I read about disabling two-step verification, but it requires a login — which I can't complete. How can I access my account?

I bought a set of four glasses from you. The merchandise was paid for and shipped, but it never arrived at the address provided in the order. I ordered the Insulated Tumbler 4-pack, 12 ounces, scheduled for delivery on November 27th to [redacted] Delia St., Wimauma, FL, under the name of I.C. What is your procedure in cases like this when the tracking says it's in the private mailbox, but the product never made it there? Until today, we do not know where it ended up.

I have been attempting to reach Amazon for several weeks regarding an undelivered item. Despite the tracking status showing delivery, my front office confirmed only one box was received that day instead of two. There was no proof of delivery such as a picture, which is usually provided. The order number is Order# [redacted]-[redacted]. The missing item is a Tokyo Ghoul Character Black T-Shirt in size medium. This was meant for my son's birthday and Christmas celebrations, which have now passed. It has been almost a month since I placed the order and three weeks since the supposed delivery. I have tried contacting Amazon via email, phone, and following their website protocols, but I have not received any response.

On October 4th, our Amazon account was hacked, and a PlayStation trade-in was carried out without our authorization. The scammers used the credited $[redacted] gift card balance to purchase Xbox gift cards. Amazon is now attempting to charge our Visa for the $[redacted] as we didn't send in the PlayStation. Despite numerous calls to Amazon, the issue remains unresolved. We are requesting Amazon to cease trying to withdraw this sum from our Amazon Visa card.

I forgot about my Amazon delivery scheduled for last week. I checked on Friday after realizing I missed it. The package was delivered and left at my front door, surprising me as I expected to sign for it. Unfortunately, the package was stolen. I am unsure how to file a claim on Amazon's website, and I believe the vendors should not be held responsible. Amazon should clarify their delivery process better, especially regarding leaving packages unattended. When repurchasing, I will do so only if Amazon reimburses me directly. I placed an order for a 16-pound bag of cat food on November 29 with an expected delivery date between December 3 and 7. Upon receiving an email indicating a delay, I was informed to reach out if it did not arrive by the 10th. Today, the tracking states it was delivered on the 7th, but I haven't received it. I reside in a secure community, ruling out theft. I am hopeful you can confirm its whereabouts and assure its delivery today as it's currently shown as out for delivery.

My TV is displaying the message "Registering your Amazon Fire Stick" and has been stuck on this screen. Initially, the device was registered under my wife's name, but I was the one paying for it via my account. However, both of us were being charged for Prime since she was using my account. I decided to deregister her account and set up the Fire Stick under my name. Despite resetting my internet connection, unplugging and replugging the Fire Stick, the screen remains frozen on the registration page.

I recently made multiple purchases without any issues on my end. All items are showing up correctly in my order history. However, upon reviewing my bank account, I noticed an extra charge of $61.72 from Amazon that I cannot associate with any of my orders. I set up two logins so the other person on the account wouldn't see my purchases. I deleted the second login, but now the other person needs their own login. I'm told they have to wait [redacted] days to create it. How can I allow them to create their login right away?

I purchased an idler arm, pitman arm, inner tie rod ends, and outer tie rod ends, but none of the parts were correct. I initiated a return for these items, which provided multiple QR codes. Unfortunately, I couldn't access my Business Prime account from my phone, and my printer wasn't working. One of the QR codes was supposed to cover three parts, but only two were included in the shipment. When trying to return the ACDelco Advantage 46C1120A Steering Linkage Idler Arm at the UPS store, I was informed that I needed a new QR code. Despite attempting to print a new QR code by clicking on "Print Packing Slip" in my orders, the same code continues to appear. How can I obtain a new QR code to facilitate the return of this item?

I have discovered that I was charged twice for $92.66. Despite lodging a complaint with Amazon customer service, the response indicated no erroneous charges. I am certain that I did not make two purchases of that value. As a precaution, I disabled my card when I noticed the incorrect charge. To my surprise, there was even a third unsuccessful attempt to charge $92.66 to my card. I am seeking a refund for the additional $92.66 charge that was processed.

Three weeks ago, I placed an order for a Christmas tree, but it kept getting delayed and eventually was reported as lost. I then ordered a different tree, with a promised delivery for today. Unfortunately, now they are saying the delivery will be delayed until the weekend. This situation has caused a significant inconvenience for me. My grandchildren were looking forward to decorating the tree last week, but it never arrived due to getting lost. I rescheduled for them to come decorate it tonight, only to now learn the tree won't be here until the weekend. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I am truly disappointed in the customer service provided.
