I would like to reread the Kindle book "The Painted Boy" by Charles de Lint, but I am unable to locate it in my Amazon "Contents and Devices" library. I purchased the book a few years back, have read it multiple times, but it seems to have vanished. While it's possible I may have accidentally deleted it, I'm not certain. I am hoping to resolve this matter by obtaining a copy of "The Painted Boy" by Charles de Lint. Thank you for addressing this concern.

Order number [redacted]-[redacted] was placed on July 14 for 3 men's Wrangler Authentic shorts. These shorts were returned, alongside other items, through Kohl's on August 8. Despite receiving assurance from Amazon Customer Service through the bot that each short was received, I am now facing the threat of being charged again for the same items. I have proof of the returns with screenshots if necessary. The repeated emails claiming the shorts were not received are causing distress as I diligently returned them a month ago. I respectfully request a refund for these erroneous charges to avoid escalating the issue with my credit card company. I have chosen to communicate via email due to my hearing impairment, and I trust that this matter can be swiftly resolved. Thank you for your attention.

Unfortunately, my vehicle broke down recently, causing me to rely on a $[redacted] food order with Amazon Fresh for groceries. The delivery was scheduled between 5-7:00 am this morning. Despite tracking the delivery on the app and seeing the driver seemingly close to my building, no one arrived, and suddenly the order status changed to undeliverable. Upon contacting them immediately, they offered to try reordering the items, but half of what I needed was no longer available. They charged my card nearly $[redacted], so now I have to wait three to five days for a refund with no groceries for my family. This situation is quite frustrating, as I was left without the essentials I required.

Subject: Issue with Amazon India Order - Incorrect Item Received Dear Customer Service, I recently placed an order for two Kent RO inlet valves, 1/4 inch size, on Amazon India. However, upon delivery, I received only one copper glass instead of the two valves I had ordered. I initiated a return request through my account on a computer, clearly specifying the discrepancy. Unfortunately, during the pick-up process today, the assigned personnel refused to collect the package due to a system error indicating only one item instead of two. I reached out to customer service at [redacted]09 and spoke with representative Mr. Akash, who was unable to assist fully due to a mismatch in pin-code details. Despite providing evidence of the correct pin-code on the package, the system issue persisted, leaving me without a resolution. The errors in this situation include the wrong item received, incorrect quantity, and pin-code discrepancy causing operational issues for representatives. I urge Amazon to resolve this issue promptly to uphold its reputation and customer service standards. Many customers in India face similar challenges, and addressing them promptly is crucial for customer satisfaction. Please conduct a thorough investigation and rectify the root cause of this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, Kishor D. Contact: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

Last week, my iPhone 6s was dying, so I urgently ordered an iPhone 12 Pro, an accessory, and a cricket plan through Amazon. Upon receiving an email about a card issue, I was instructed to contact my bank within three days to avoid cancellation. Due to the time-sensitive nature, I purchased a phone locally from Verizon. I missed the email updates as I focused on setting up my new phone. To my surprise, I found out that the Amazon order is scheduled for delivery today. I am unsure how to proceed given the circumstances. It is clear that I must return the iPhone 12 Pro since I have already purchased one and cannot afford two. Additionally, there seems to be a challenge canceling the cricket plan that I no longer need without the Amazon iPhone.

I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card statement from Amazon. Today, another unfamiliar charge appeared. Upon checking my Amazon account, I found no record of these purchases. For example, an order for workout gear in a size small that is not something I would buy. Also, there is a charge for Amazon Prime, but I don't have a Prime account. After reaching out to Amazon, the response I received seemed dismissive. I suspect my account has been cloned, and someone is using my credit card details to make purchases. I have already reported the fraud to Capital One, but I would appreciate it if you could review my accounts to prevent this from occurring again. Thank you.

On the 3rd of July, August, and September [redacted], I was billed $10.99 for Prime Video. As an Amazon Prime member, the charge puzzled me initially, and I assumed it was due to my wife possibly renting a movie. After noticing the recurring charge for 3 consecutive months on the same date, I discovered that it was linked to Showtime. Despite neither myself nor my wife ordering or viewing Showtime on Amazon Prime, the invoice on my account states otherwise. I'd like to verify if there have been any Showtime shows watched on our account in the last three months. Furthermore, I seek guidance on canceling the Showtime service and obtaining a refund for the $10.99 charge per month for the three months if no one has utilized it.

Today, at 1:07 pm on September 7, [redacted], I received a phone call from a gentleman with an East Indian accent questioning a $[redacted] iPhone 11 purchase. Despite my denial, he mentioned sending a cancellation form. He claimed to be from Amazon's Cancellation Department and repeatedly requested my email. The caller ID displayed "Caller Unknown." Concerned, I disconnected before clarifying the purchase date or method. Given my forgotten Amazon password and recent inactivity, I question the call's legitimacy.

Subject: Issue with Delivery of Massage Gun I ordered the Massage Gun from RELUKS through Amazon with a Tracking ID: TBAMIA[redacted]01. Although the item was marked as delivered in Miami on August 4, [redacted], I have not yet received it. I kindly request assistance in tracing and delivering the product promptly. Sean Da Cruz from IBC Express confirmed that the tracking number has not been registered at their Miami facility. It appears there may have been a mishap with the shipment. Could you kindly investigate and provide me with an update or arrange for a refund? Thank you for your help. Best regards, Peter Perry

I live near an Amazon Fresh store, about three or four miles away. While using Amazon Smile, I noticed that items that can be sourced from Amazon Fresh are automatically added to the Amazon Fresh cart, even if I prefer not to. For example, I aimed to purchase a 12-pack of hint water with free delivery through Prime, but it gets placed in the Amazon Fresh cart, requiring me to spend an additional $25 for free delivery. This results in my desired product no longer qualifying for free delivery. Experimenting with Amazon Fresh, I tried to reach the $35 minimum and was unsatisfied with what I received. The eggplant was as small as a banana, and the avocado was barely larger than a golf ball. Furthermore, there were unfamiliar brands that I did not feel comfortable trying. As a Prime member, I expect to receive the free delivery promised. Living near an Amazon Fresh store should not result in a penalty. Is there a way to consolidate all my orders into one Amazon cart?

My Amazon account linked to [redacted] has been deactivated due to suspicious activity. To resolve this, I uploaded photos of my bank statement with the name "YU XUE" as the credit card owner, my Chinese ID card, and the credit card itself along with translations. The information on my ID card and bank statement matches accurately. Despite this, Amazon specialists continue to email me requesting further documentation to verify the credit card ownership. I am unsure of what additional documents are required to prove ownership and regain access to my account.

Subject: Issue with Account Access Hello, I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account due to my inactive mobile phone. When contacting customer service, I am asked security questions related to my last 3 Amazon transactions, which I am unable to provide as the necessary information is inside my account. I kindly request to change my secondary security contact to either my landline or [redacted] email. If necessary, I am open to creating a new account but would need assistance in transferring the balance from my gift cards to the new account. Thank you. Victoreen O.

Hello, I have been dealing with my son's frozen Amazon account for months. He initially set up the account with his mobile number but is now unable to log in using it; nothing happens when he tries. Despite multiple emails to [redacted] explaining the issue, the responses received provide no useful information other than directing me to generic FAQs. Feeling exasperated, as this email address is supposed to be the main contact point, I am at a loss about how to proceed in unlocking my son's account. The account was opened using a prepaid Visa card, and it currently holds a balance from Amazon gift cards that he has added. It is crucial for us to regain access to the account and utilize the remaining balance. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, A Concerned Parent

On September 5th, I placed an order for the TCL 20SE mobile phone. Today, I received the package with tracking number CC[redacted]. To my surprise, the package was opened prior to my receipt. I am concerned about the reason for the package being opened and would like assurance that the phone is undamaged and fully functional. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I have also attached an image showing the condition of the unpacked mobile. Your support in this issue is greatly appreciated as I do not wish to lose trust in the reliability of the Amazon system. Thank you.

I have been requesting repeatedly not to be charged for Amazon Prime Music, but my account has been charged every month. Consequently, my bank account is currently overdrawn by over a hundred dollars. I have not used Amazon Prime for the past eight months, yet I have been charged every month, even though I cancelled it a year ago. I would like a refund for the past eight months. Additionally, I need to escalate this issue to a manager to get my money back and remove my card from the Amazon Prime account. Last month, there were eight charges on my account for items I did not order, and I have not received any of these items. It appears that my account may have been hacked, and I am extremely frustrated by this situation.

I am Wilbur K., a Housing Case Manager at Plymouth Housing Group, providing support for individuals experiencing homelessness. I am assisting a tenant with a disability who purchased a 20" electric folding bike from rekam through another case manager. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted] with a total of $[redacted].61. Initially, the bike worked well, but after four months, it has become unreliable with issues like the battery not holding a charge and the inability to change gears/speeds, leaving our tenant stranded. We are seeking information on your return, refund, or exchange policies as this bike is crucial for his mobility and accessing essential services. Repair costs are a burden on his fixed income, significantly affecting his quality of life. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My spouse and I both have Prime accounts. Until now, the TV used my Prime login. I canceled my Prime on 9/8/[redacted], but accidentally reactivated it when we tried to watch a show using my husband’s account on the same day. This means I am being charged for a service I no longer want, as my husband has his own Prime. Please refund the charges from 9/8/[redacted] and cancel my Prime services promptly. Furthermore, we would like to set up a new account on the TV for my husband's Prime without activating mine again. Thank you.

I buy Roebic Mainline cleaner in bulk from Amazon. Unfortunately, the shipping packages keep arriving torn open when left on my doorstep. I wonder if it's possible to order cases that come in the original manufacturer's box (Roebic) for better protection. Even though Amazon adds extra packaging inside, the boxes are still too large, causing the containers to be loose. Additionally, the packages are delivered by USPS, and they consistently cut open one end of Amazon boxes to inspect the contents. My Amazon account name is Shirley Toms.

Hello, Two weeks ago, I requested clarification regarding Order #[redacted]-[redacted] from August 13, [redacted]. I noticed that the order with free shipping was split into two parts, resulting in paid deliveries that exceeded the initial purchase cost. After sending screenshots of my conversations with Amazon to the support bot, I am still awaiting a response or a refund for the shipping fees deducted from my account. I believe there may have been an error, and I am hoping for an explanation and a refund from your end. Best regards, Boris Zur
