I applied for a job on OLX and received a selection email from "warehousehiring.amazon" for the position of supervisor. They asked for various payments totaling ₹12,[redacted] for courier charges and police verification. Despite paying some amounts, they have not refunded anything as promised. They are unresponsive to calls and messages, and I have yet to receive any courier. I am disappointed by their deceitful actions and urge for action to be taken. Using the Amazon name to deceive people is unjust. As a middle-class individual in this challenging COVID situation, I trusted this opportunity for employment. Please assist me in getting back the money I paid.

My Amazon account with this email address has been restricted because of detected unusual activity by an Automated System. I assure you I have not engaged in any malicious activities like fraud or theft on this account; at most, I may have mistakenly entered incorrect personal information. I am looking to understand the specific reasons for the account restriction and how I can resolve it. Currently, due to an inaccessible phone connected to my account, I prefer to be contacted via email.

I urge Gaash to improve their efficiency when delivering packages. I have provided all necessary details, including the complete address information. Despite numerous attempts to reach them by phone, I have been unsuccessful. The parcel must be left in front of my door, as they have done in the past. Any other method of delivery will not be accepted. Address Information: Albert Russo 16 Bilu Street Apt 4, 2nd Floor - Code [redacted] - Leave in front of door Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv / Jaffa [redacted], Israel I find it unacceptable that delivery was attempted at 2:46 AM, especially when I was home. However, even when I am not home, the parcel should still be left in front of my door. The item in question is the National Geographic Animal Encyclopedia: 2,[redacted] Animals with Photos, Maps, and More! by Lucy Spelman, sold by Planet Express, Inc. for $14.99.

Upon opening my recent order #[redacted]-[redacted], I found the treadmill to be covered in fingerprints, scratched, with misaligned screw holes, and an E07 error on the LCD screen. The unclear error was not in the manual, leading to frustration. The return policy requires repackaging in the original box, which poses a challenge. I am disappointed in both the seller and Amazon for this subpar product. I request a pick-up of the defective treadmill, delivery of a new, unused treadmill, and complimentary assembly.

I placed an order with Gatzies on August 22 for 2 gallons of Masters Armor Flat Poly and 1 Old Masters Hardener with a delivery date set for Sept. 8. However, the order never arrived, and I see no tracking information to indicate it was even shipped. I contacted the company requesting expedited shipping or cancellation. Despite placing a second order after three days, the products have yet to be shipped. Following my request to cancel the order due to delays, they now claim the delivery will take even longer than initially stated. Despite my efforts to cancel and lack of response, a label was generated for the order, but it remains unshipped. I am seeking to cancel this order promptly. Thank you. Tim M.

I placed an order on September 10, [redacted], for various items totaling $36.57, but unfortunately, it seems the package was undeliverable. The items included Veanic 4-Pack Mini Digital Electronic Temperature Humidity Meters, Music Nomad MN120 String Fuel Refill, and BFOUR Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer. I also had a previous order on August 19, [redacted], costing $0.00, which was refunded for an Auing Indoor Outdoor Thermometer. I wonder why one order never arrived and the other wasn't refunded, totaling almost $80.00. I see Amazon has its drawbacks, and there are other options available. - Guy M.

Four weeks ago, I updated the email linked to my seller account on Amazon. Initially, I received confirmation of the change and continued to make sales and get paid without any issues. However, about two weeks ago, I suddenly couldn't access my account with the new email. Despite my attempts to contact Amazon through various channels, they claim there is no seller account associated with the updated email. Around the same time, I also changed my phone number, making it impossible to update the information on my account. Even though I had disabled two-factor authentication on my computer, Amazon unexpectedly required it, and I couldn't receive codes due to the changed phone numbers. Oddly enough, I am still receiving Amazon emails on the supposedly nonexistent new email address. I even had an order come through as recently as today. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to Amazon over the past two weeks via email, chat, phone, and Twitter, I have not received any helpful assistance. The responses I do get either say there is no account linked to the email or are completely unrelated to my issue.

Four weeks ago, I updated the email address associated with my seller account on Amazon. I received confirmation emails and other notifications related to my sales activity and payments. However, starting two weeks ago, I have been unable to log in using the new email address. When I reached out to Amazon for help, they informed me that there is no seller account linked to that email address. Coincidentally, I also changed my phone number around the same time and was unable to update it on my account before this issue arose. Even though I had turned off two-factor authentication on my computer, Amazon suddenly required it again, and I couldn't receive the verification codes due to the changed phone numbers. Oddly, I still receive Amazon emails at the new email address that is supposedly not associated with my seller account, and I even had recent orders. Despite reaching out through email, chat, phone calls, and Twitter over the past two weeks and explaining my situation multiple times, I have not received any useful assistance from Amazon. Responses either claim no seller account exists with the new email or are completely unrelated to my issue.

Subject: Disappointing Quality of Recent Earbuds Purchase Hello, I have been a devoted Amazon shopper since [redacted]. A few months back, I ordered two pairs of headphones for my family members. Unfortunately, both pairs malfunctioned shortly after the return period ended. They were not mishandled, and the poor quality of the product has left me feeling let down. As they were not the cheapest earbuds available, I had expected better durability. Needless to say, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this purchase and feel it was a waste of money. While I appreciate the limited return policy in place, I believe exceptions should be made for items that are poorly made and fail prematurely. Thank you for addressing this matter. Best regards, Ken C.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].99 on my bank statement dated Sept. 2, [redacted]. Despite contacting Amazon customer service, they claim no record of the transaction on my account. The bank refuses to refund the amount, citing my history of Amazon purchases. However, I no longer have the debit card they mentioned. They seized it when I questioned the charge. I need help providing evidence to the bank that just because I shop on Amazon doesn't mean I authorized this transaction. I insist on getting the $[redacted].99 back as I received nothing for it. My limited income makes this situation particularly challenging. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ruth A Jones.

I have requested multiple times for the return of my LUSTER Reinforced Metal Single Folding Bed Frame in Black (36"x72") with Headboard and Stable Metal Slats. Despite generating pickup requests through customer service, the e-commerce associates have not collected the item from my home. They mention that the item is large and requires a big vehicle for transport, but have failed to pick it up as promised. This situation has been very frustrating. I urge the company to process my refund promptly.

You’re welcome. They blamed you for the shipment issue. I also purchased a cat toy with no stand, despite the illustrations showing one. Firstly, my work shirt arrived with mold on it followed by another incorrect purchase due to false advertising. Both incidents happened on the same day. I am disappointed in the lack of responsibility and customer care shown. Receiving only a refund from the seller does not compensate for the time wasted and additional expenses caused by the errors in the products. It seems like Amazon prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Why doesn't the company have physical stores considering its owner's wealth? The lack of accountability and integrity in the business operations is disheartening.

To whom it may concern, I am a new customer and I am frustrated by the issue of being charged shipping even when my order is over $25. Every time I try to place an order, there is an error and the wrong product is sent. I refuse to go through the hassle of returning items. Though they credited me $10 for the mistake, I couldn't utilize it. When I tried to use my $37 balance from an Amazon card, it didn't work. I am concerned about the requirement to back up purchases with a credit or debit card, as I prefer using Amazon cards for security reasons. Despite my refusal to provide a credit card, the order was still processed. I fear there might be fraudulent activity going on. I only have $15 left on my card, and I am hesitant to place another order. This situation needs to be resolved promptly as it is unfair that I am unable to make orders correctly. Thank you, Jan K.

I have been incorrectly charged four times for the same product. The issue started when I received an email stating my initial payment was declined. I mistakenly placed two more orders thinking the first one didn't go through, resulting in a total of four charges. I was able to cancel one payment, but I believe there was a system error with the bank payments. The orders were all placed in September [redacted]: on the 12th (order number [redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted]), on the 15th, and on the 20th (order number [redacted]-[redacted]) for a book titled "Around the Year By Emmet Fox." I would like three out of the four payments refunded to my credit card, as I only intended to purchase one copy of the book. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, AA, Prime member

Subject: Feedback on Amazon Delivery and Customer Support Hello, I'm reaching out to share my recent experience with Amazon's delivery service and customer support. I placed an order for a water heater valued at RS-[redacted] in August. The product arrived at the nearby delivery hub on August 27th, located 22kms from my residence. 1. Inadequate Amazon Delivery Service: On August 28th, I received a call from the delivery agent requesting me to pick up the product from the hub. I explained that I expected a door delivery and was met with an unsatisfactory response. Despite assurances, the product was not delivered by my expected date of September 8th and was cancelled without my consent. The delivery agent's behavior was disappointing and unexpected from Amazon's reputation. 2. Subpar Amazon Customer Support: Upon contacting Amazon customer service, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance. Despite multiple calls and assurances of escalation, the issue was unresolved. One agent even suggested reordering the product, which was not a satisfactory solution. I eventually purchased the item from Flipkart at a lower price and received it promptly. The contrasting experiences between Amazon and Flipkart have left me disheartened. I hope this feedback reaches the right channels for a more satisfactory resolution. Thank you, Asaithambi K

Hello, I am requesting a detailed receipt for order #[redacted]-[redacted] placed around April 9, [redacted], which was shipped to Suzanne Avina at [redacted] Erawa Drive, Toledo, Ohio [redacted]. The item purchased was Integrative DHEA-5, with an order total of $9.65. Trudy Desmond's account was used for this order, with the same shipping address as Suzanne Avina. The payment for the product was made using Suzanne Avina's bank card, and Ms. Desmond received the order confirmation email, which she forwarded to me. Unfortunately, the forwarded email does not provide details of the purchased product. I require this information for medical expense purposes. I kindly request that the order details, specifically the product name and order #, be tracked to email me the necessary information for creating a receipt. I have provided my email as [redacted] for this purpose. Additionally, if duplicating or transferring the order to my Amazon account from Ms. Desmond's account for better access to the order details is possible, I would appreciate that as well.

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, mentioning a Dell computer purchase that I did not make. The caller asked for verification using my email to cancel the order, but I don't see any Dell orders in my account. They insisted on sending an authorization code to my email for verification. When I couldn't access the email, I requested a call back number, which they provided as [redacted] for "Lisa." This seems suspicious, and I urge caution to avoid potential fraud. If legitimate, please look into it and cancel the unauthorized Dell order.

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I hope you're well during these challenging times. I am reaching out because I am disappointed with a recent purchase of earphones from your website. I bought them on Sept 14 and after only using them 3 times for a class, they stopped working on both sides. Could you please process a refund for this order? The order number is: Order Confirmation - Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. I have always had a great experience with Amazon in the past, finding it to be a reliable source for quality products. I am even considering purchasing a 27-inch monitor from Amazon instead of Bestbuy or Walmart. However, this is the first time I have encountered an issue with a product that I purchased as an essential item. Thank you for your assistance and have a wonderful day:)

Dear Sirs, I need urgent assistance. I recently chatted with an Amazon representative online regarding an undelivered order, which SEUR claims was delivered. Since the chat, I have been blocked from accessing my Gmail/Amazon account on my PC and received 9 security alerts. I am unable to enter the codes sent. Furthermore, there has been no follow-up on my order. Amidst the challenges I have faced this year, losing my husband, I am overwhelmed with this added stress. Please, can someone help me resolve these issues? Margaret H. 0[redacted]72 Delivery Date: 23 September Tracking ID: [redacted][redacted]63
