I made a purchase on Amazon UK for various computer parts. After registering my account, I received confirmation emails for each of the six separate orders. However, my account got locked due to "unusual activity", and I was asked to verify my payment and billing details multiple times. Despite providing the necessary information, my orders were still not processed. I even submitted a bank statement to verify my card details, which was not accepted. I'm frustrated by the delay, especially since some items were almost out of stock. I wish Amazon would communicate better or offer a quicker solution to resolve this issue. I am willing to provide additional verification if needed to unlock my account and receive the items I ordered promptly.

I recently purchased a gift for my sister from your website, but I encountered difficulties sending it without the "prime" option. Living in Canada, I didn't intend to become a Prime member. However, I was surprised to discover charges for four months of service without my consent. If I had known about these unauthorized charges beforehand, I wouldn't have used your services. I am disappointed with this experience and request a reversal of these charges. My lack of usage since the initial purchase reflects my dissatisfaction and lack of interest in this service.

I am concerned about the unexpected charges I am receiving from Amazon Marketplace UK for what seems to be a subscription or membership I did not sign up for. Despite living in Australia and never traveling to the UK, these charges continue to appear on my bank account. I require senior manager assistance. I understand if your department cannot handle my complex issue. To clarify, I have been receiving invoices for a defunct limited company account, which ceased to exist 2 years ago. The billing only commenced recently. Looking back at the case history, here is a summary of events: - The company was dissolved (limited company no longer operational) - Seller Central was refunding monthly storage fees - Seller confirmed the account closure and product destruction - No billing occurred for several months (until 9 months ago) It seems there has been a misstep on Amazon's end. Even years after the company was closed, I am now being personally billed for it. This appears to be fraudulent. I have tried reaching out multiple times, requested callbacks, and sent several messages, but have not received the necessary assistance to resolve this issue.

I recently got a call from Amazon Prime informing me they would charge my bank account for a membership fee, which I don't have and never signed up for. How can I reach a customer service representative to request the removal of my information from Amazon's database and to cease requests for a service I have never used nor am interested in? I am hesitant to provide my email as I wish to keep it private. Will you delete it once this matter is resolved?

I received a notification that the Pure New Zealand UMF 15+ Manuka honey I ordered has been returned undelivered. I tried to reorder, but unfortunately, it is now out of stock. I received an email directing me to the website to understand the reasons for non-delivery. However, it did not specify the exact reason, which leaves me curious. I have received deliveries at this address multiple times before, and the recipient was expecting this one. My order number was #[redacted]-[redacted].

I am disappointed because my Amazon delivery driver failed to deliver three boxes of Ashoka Paneer Makhani Indian food, even though my orders show they were delivered. Only the box of Bhindi Masala was left. In self-isolation, we asked for the delivery to be left outside, but only received one box upon opening the door. I tried contacting Amazon via phone and online chat, without success. The situation is alarming as we are vulnerable and truly needed that food. If the driver took the missing boxes, it's truly shameful.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues that remain unresolved. A colleague suggested last week that I refuse some parcels I no longer needed. However, when I tried to do so, the seller claimed I couldn't. I am feeling extremely stressed by this situation, especially in these challenging times. Despite my attempts to contact the seller for a refund, they have refused, which is disappointing coming from a company like Amazon. Dear Sir/Madam, I recently observed on April 3rd, [redacted], that a monthly deduction of £7.99 has been made from my account for a 1 book Audible membership. Being a loyal Amazon customer, I want to clarify that I did not make this purchase. I solely use my Amazon account for shopping and watching Prime movies. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this deduction from my bank account earlier, dating back to September 1st, [redacted]. I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my bank statement from Amazon Prime. These charges occurred four times in the last three months without my knowledge or consent. I do not have an Amazon Prime account nor do I use the service. This unauthorized billing amounts to fraudulent activity. I will be reporting this to the authorities and contacting Trading Standards regarding this matter. I demand a full refund for the total of £31.96 that has been deducted from my account without permission.

I recently received a DVD that was not the one I ordered. After receiving an email notifying me of the delivery, I found that the package had been opened and contained the incorrect DVD. The returns label was missing from the package. Unfortunately, I am unable to return it as I am 71 years old and currently self-isolating. The order number for this incorrect item is [redacted]9.
