On September 6, I booked a round trip flight from Avl to Ewr for October 3-10. I missed the email on September 12 about the cancellation of my flight. Only on October 1, while trying to reconfirm, did I realize it was canceled without any refund. After booking the same flights for a higher price, I oddly received two conflicting emails the next day, regarding check-in for both the cancelled flight and the one I rebooked. An agent at the airport desk advised me to contact Customer Service for a refund.

On September 6th, I made a booking for a round-trip flight from AVL to EWR for October 3rd to 10th. I missed the email on September 12th informing me that my flights were canceled. When I went online on October 1st to confirm and pay for baggage, I realized I had no flight. I promptly rebooked the same flights at a higher price. The day before my flight, I received two emails, one for the canceled flight and one for the rebooked flight, both asking me to check in. The agent at the airport advised me to contact Customer Service for a refund and to resolve the confusion. I am waiting for a phone call to sort this out. Thank you, M. Horachek.

I tried to contact support through Facebook. Someone replied and asked me many personal questions, which seemed suspicious. They requested my date of birth and bank information, making me realize it was a scam. Later, I received a call from Allegiant, but none of the discussed changes were made at the airport. I had to pay extra for my service dog and carry-on, even though I provided the details as requested. No one informed me that I needed to submit forms for my service dog. My reservation has been problematic ever since. I hope to resolve this before my trip home on Wednesday.

I made a reservation #J96QQD for two passengers from Grand Rapids to Saint Petersburg on January 11th at 3:27 pm but forgot to include my husband. When I tried to book a separate ticket for him, the cost was different. Additionally, I'm unable to find the same flight on the Allegiant App on my phone when I search online. I'd like to book a flight for my husband to return from St. Petersburg to Grand Rapids on January 15, [redacted], at 7:30 am.

I am a 19-year-old passenger traveling alone from Denver to Appleton. My flight, [redacted], was boarded but 45 minutes later, we were told to deplane due to a mechanical issue with the engine. The estimated wait time was an hour and a half for repairs. Updates were continuously delayed resulting in uncertainty. Being underage, I couldn't secure a hotel room and had limited options as my ride lived 1.5 hours away. With the late hour and no ride available, I reluctantly left the airport at 10:30 pm. My parents had to book a $[redacted] United flight to ensure my timely return since my original flight was canceled at 2:35 am the following day. The decision to leave indeed proved correct when my scheduled Allegiant flight was further delayed. As I wait for my United flight, I'm disheartened by the experience, the extra expenses, and the uncertainties. I am requesting a refund for the Allegiant ticket, luggage fee, and compensation for the emergency United ticket.

We flew from Mesa-Gateway, Arizona to Bismarck, North Dakota on 10/20/[redacted] without any issues. We checked one large suitcase and each had a bag for the overhead compartment. When leaving Bismarck on 10/27/[redacted], we again checked our large suitcase and had two small duffle bags for the overhead bin. I informed the lady at the check-in desk that we couldn't print our boarding passes. She mentioned we needed them to board and charged us $5 each, which was different from our previous experience flying years ago. Then, she insisted on charging $75 to check my duffle bag while my husband's wasn't required to be checked. Despite explaining that it had gone in the overhead bin on the way to N.D. and only weighed 17 pounds, she wasn't accommodating and mentioned a mistake at the Arizona Airport. We paid the fee, boarded the plane, and noticed other passengers having larger bags in the overhead compartments. The encounter left me feeling upset as I perceived her demeanor as confrontational and authoritative.

On July 23, [redacted], I traveled on Flight #[redacted] from SAN to MFR. The wheelchair I rely on suffered severe damage during the flight. I reported this to the ground agent who assisted me at the airport. Due to the flight delay, I couldn't notify Allegiant until July 27th. Later, I filled in their online form to report that the wheelchair was irreparable and a replacement costs $1,[redacted].00 as per the local wheelchair repair shop. I seek a more personalized response from Allegiant as I have only received automated replies so far. Kindly arrange for a representative to contact me at [redacted].

I am having trouble accessing Alligiant.com to look into a future booking. When I try to open the page, I receive a message stating I have been blocked from the site by a security service named Cloudflare. The message instructs me to contact Alligiant by email to resolve the issue, but when I attempt to do so, it redirects back to the Alligiant webpage, preventing me from sending an email. The Cloudflare website mentions sending the Cloudflare ID 82407afc9c1d4c14 along with the email, which unfortunately I am unable to send.
