I ordered $[redacted] worth of furniture from All Modern, which I found listed cheaper at Joyce and Main. Initially denied a discount, after speaking with another representative, they honored the discount. However, they mistakenly processed the transaction on a debit card I had used before, leading to potential overdrafts. I need the charge removed promptly to avoid multiple bank fees. This situation is concerning with holiday shopping approaching. I expect this to be resolved by noon; it is currently 9:33 am.

Yesterday, my wife made a purchase on allmodern.com. Typically, when entering a Canadian postal code, the pricing should convert to Canadian dollars. However, this conversion did not occur, resulting in an overcharge of approximately $[redacted] Canadian. Upon contacting a representative named Scott, we were told that canceling the order was not possible due to warehouse shipping standards. When inquiring about the "Greycastle" warehouse, we were informed that it was unreachable. While I understand policies in place, the lack of a standard pricing system makes it challenging for older customers to navigate the website. If I had known about the American pricing, I would have opted to shop elsewhere. I am requesting a full refund for the products, including shipping, or a credit with allmodern or Wayfair as a fair resolution to this issue. I believe this minor dispute can be resolved amicably. I was about to email All Modern, but after reading your information, I decided to share my concern here. I am seeking a resolution where I can use the damaged sofa until I receive a replacement in the expected pristine condition. Thank you for your assistance. --- Hi All Modern, I'm writing regarding my recent order of the 81-inch "Dallas" sofa that was delivered earlier today. Upon inspection, I found that while the seat cushions were fine, both back cushions were damaged. One was severely bunched up, and the other slightly better. I have attached pictures for reference. We splurged on this sofa within our budget because we loved it so much. I had high hopes for it to be in perfect condition upon delivery as we have been without furniture for six weeks, except for a bed. We were looking forward to a cozy night on the sofa watching our new TV. Needless to say, we are quite disappointed. I'm hopeful for a quick resolution so we can enjoy the sofa.
