Order number [redacted][redacted] has disappointed me with the quality of the jacket I received. I sent the first one back using a free shipping label. However, the second jacket is also of poor quality and I wish to return it. Even though a free return label is not provided, I kindly request a German address to send it back to. Similarly, for order number [redacted][redacted], the two shoes I purchased are of very low quality. Despite being told I cannot have a free return label due to frequent returns, I still have two return options left this month. I am disheartened as I bought these items under the assumption of "free returns" and now wish to return them due to their subpar quality.

AliExpress ist aus meiner Sicht der schlimmste Marktplatz aller Zeiten. Viele Artikel, die ich bezahlt habe, sind nie angekommen, darunter USB-Kabel, USB-Ladestecker, Schutzglas für Samsung Note 10 Plus und eine Handytasche für das Note 10 Plus. Es fühlt sich wie Betrug an. Trotz unzähliger E-Mails wird meine Ware als unzustellbar zurückgeschickt, ohne Rückerstattung. Ich habe noch nie mit einer so schlechten Firma zu tun gehabt. Es scheint, als würden sie die Mailpostfächer füllen und minderwertige Produkte versenden oder bezahlte Waren weder liefern noch erstatten. AliExpress - nein danke, das war mein letztes Mal. Betrüger. Danke, aber nein Danke, AliBaba und die 40 Räuber!

I bought three items including a terabyte USB drive and two terabyte TF cards. The order status shows it's already completed, but I haven't received anything yet. I'm unable to file a dispute since it's beyond the 10 to 15-day limit. I've also moved from the address on file. I'm looking to get a refund as I have not received my order and the dispute period has passed.

I have placed several orders on AliExpress while in Cambodia. Upon receiving the products, the delivery person requested $1 per item for delivery. I believe the delivery fee was included when placing the orders. I encountered an issue today when I declined to pay the additional fee, resulting in the delivery person taking the products back to the office. The seller is demanding payment for the return, but it's his problem since the measurements didn't match the product, and I'm not satisfied. All I wanted was a larger size. When I bought the item, it stated that the return incurred no cost to the buyer, so I opted to return it as, as I've said, I WAS NOT SATISFIED NOR WERE THE MEASUREMENTS CORRECT. This would greatly benefit me since ordering from Asia often takes too long for my needs. I see great potential in being able to order more items with this feature. I informed the seller right away that the shoe didn't fit and I want to return it. I then contacted Eva from the online customer service, who advised me that if within 5 days nothing happens, I will get a refund. After waiting, Eva notified me that my time frame has expired and nothing can be done. I recently discovered that AliExpress has been reproducing and selling my original artwork on various items without my permission. As the copyright owner, I did not authorize this use of my artwork. I am open to discussing a resolution where I receive my rightful share of the proceeds from any sales made using my artwork, and insist that my artist name is credited on all products going forward. Additionally, I am displeased that they removed my signature from the artwork, which I find disrespectful.

Dear Sir, I recently purchased an SSD that is not functioning correctly. I opened a dispute with the supplier, who initially requested that I return the SSD and provide the cost for the return. After doing so, I was informed to delete the dispute so they could find a solution. Despite reaching out regarding what to do with the faulty SSD, I have not received any further communication from the supplier. I purchased an SSD that is not functioning properly. I initiated a dispute where the seller first requested to return the item at my expense. They later asked me to cancel the dispute for them to find a solution. After canceling the dispute, the supplier no longer responds to my messages. I am dissatisfied with the website design. I recently ordered a lighter box for a Dupont lighter, arrived promptly and I am pleased. However, I also own vintage Cartier lighters. When searching for Cartier lighter boxes on your site, there were no results despite the extensive claims of a vast selection. The chatbot, Eva, is unhelpful and unable to address specific needs. I have not been able to connect with a live agent despite numerous attempts. This lack of assistance makes me hesitant to continue doing business with you if I cannot easily find the products you advertise. As a prominent Google reviewer, I would prefer not to report negatively about your business and hope to receive a response soon.
