My service was disconnected for a dollar bill that was suposed to be reviewed at least a dozen times everymonth my bill had to be fixed and never fixed continued to get worse im being charged for phones that were returned and im still using a loner have never received mh brand new note that i was paying for. Not to mention being over billed every month and contacting customer servicev at least times you can just look at the bill and recorded phone records and see that there is a problem my bill is a month everytime we called things got added or taken from the plan and even through all the time i have put in and stress about my miscalculated bill the whole time ive been with you all customer service has been friendly and helpful even though i was promised a number of times to be contacted back after they reviewed everything and never a call to fix this now no service not good business at all... I cant believe i have to spend so much time worried about my phone bill and how no one will listen to or help me could someone please help me
