I used an internet service to pay for in-game cash for an online game.you put in your number and send it,you recieve a code on the site and a number were must send that code from your phone.i sent the code to the number specified,money were taken from my phone but i did not recieve the item i wanted to buy. i contacted game support,they said i must contact OneBip.com since they are the provider of pay by sms service.i contacted onebip.com suport service and they said they have one of my transactions history matching my number but the second i did, has no history on their site.so basicaly money were taken from my phone prepaid credit but the site say they did not recieve any money , ** EUR. i want to contact telekom service about this problem and see if there is any way to see were my ** euro went if they are not on the site OneBip.com
