my phone is not sending texts or making calls, but says I am connected to *G and am connected on my account. I had it active this morning and I was texting and making calls just fine. Suddenly I cant. Every time I reprogram it, it says it is successful, but then when I make calls it says* "Thank you for calling Verizon Wireless. There was an issue with your call. Please restart you phone and try again." I was already on the phone with costumer service for * hours and nothing changed.**Update* the website is telling me that my phone is active and inactive at the same time.
