I recently rebooted my router and modem and have been experiencing difficulty updating the Need for Speed game. Despite purchasing the $9 deal for NFS along with DLC, most of the DLC files downloaded and installed successfully, but about 3 of them did not. Additionally, the game itself sometimes downloads but fails to install. Today, I encountered issues where the game failed to download altogether. This problem seems to be escalating each time I make an attempt. I want to highlight that I initially bought the original game on release day from PSN, and now I have repurchased the game and all DLC for $9, but nothing is showing up on my PS4. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I had to ban my account because I thought someone stole my PS4. Even though my system got banned, it still downloaded over 6 gigabytes of data, allowing me to watch Hulu and play offline. I was advised to delete the account and create a new one, but by doing so, I lost access to the downloaded games, saves, and Hulu. Now, I am being pressured to sign up for PlayStation Plus to use Hulu. I am hesitant to turn on my console now. I believe I should be compensated or given full access to my machine. I refuse to spend any more money on Sony until this issue is resolved.

I believe my account has been compromised, and I need assistance in recovering it. The individual who gained access changed the date of birth, making it challenging for me to regain control. In a moment of naivety, I allowed them onto my account under the guise of helping me reclaim it from hackers after deactivating it. Upon attempting to sign back in, I encountered difficulty, and found that the date of birth had been altered, preventing me from using the "Forgot Password" feature to reset it using my email address.

I bought a PS4 system in December, specifically the Battlefront bundle, but it didn't come with the digital voucher. I haven't activated my device yet, but I noticed there's another active PS4 on my account that I didn't set up. Unfortunately, I can't deactivate it because the button to deactivate all devices was pressed accidentally. Can you please assist by removing this unknown PS4 from my account so I can activate the one I bought? I have a PS3 that is also active on the account. I changed my password in case of any security issues. It's frustrating not being able to play my digital games properly due to this issue. I received a new PS4 with the Star Wars Battlefront bundle for Christmas. I set it up yesterday alongside my existing PS4 for college. I wanted to redownload the games, so I used my sister's account assuming they would be available on the new system. However, I realized this morning that I can only access the new Battlefront and other games from her account. When I tried to set her account as the primary one, it indicated she was already set as primary on another system. How can I switch the purchase to my account?

My brother used my PayPal account without permission to buy a game, which led to a refund request. I was unsure if the refund would be granted, so I retained the game. After checking PayPal, I saw the refund was issued, but my PSN account was unexpectedly suspended or banned, and I didn't receive any email notifications explaining the duration of the suspension. This forced me to switch to a Nintendo system to buy games for Christmas instead of using PSN, dampening my spirits. I'm frustrated because I wish to buy games for my PlayStation consoles, but the current state of my account is preventing me from doing so.

I purchased Grand Theft Auto 5 using a $50 PlayStation card, and also had $10 extra in my account. I started downloading the game, put my system in rest mode, and when I came back hours later, the game was not in my library. I checked the PlayStation store, but I only had $0.43 left in my wallet. Now, it's asking me to buy the game for the full price of $59.99.

I purchased a brand-new PlayStation a few years ago with no previous owners. Recently, I bought the new Fallout game, also brand new with no previous owners. However, after playing for a couple of hours, the system shuts down. When I try to turn it back on, the PlayStation makes a clicking sound. At first, I suspected overheating, which is unacceptable given the price I paid for the system, but upon touching it, the system was only warm.

I am experiencing difficulties with my PlayStation 4 when trying to join games or parties with a specific friend. Although my friend and I both have NAT type two, we cannot seem to connect properly. While I can join chat parties briefly, I get disconnected soon after. This issue arose after attempting the new "request to watch" feature. I have no trouble playing with others, so it doesn't appear to be a connection problem on my end. I am hoping to resolve this without having to purchase a new PS4.

I completed two online surveys, one for $50 and the other for $[redacted]. After finishing both surveys and verifying my age with a credit card, I completed additional offers required to receive my codes. However, I have not received any codes via email or phone. I was using a desktop, not a mobile device. I am disappointed and unsure if this was a fraudulent situation. I would appreciate it if PlayStation's customer support team could look into this matter and provide me with the two codes totaling $[redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. - Michael J. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my PlayStation online account. My gamer tag was "blazehablen420." I believe I know the correct email address, but it does not seem to be working along with the password. I'm having trouble accessing my YouTube app on my PlayStation 4. When I try to log in, it keeps looping back to the log-in screen even after I input my information and grant access. I attempted to fix this by revoking access to PSN from Google and logging in again, but it didn't resolve the issue. The app functions correctly otherwise. I am encountering an issue with two of my PS4 games, EA SPORTS UFC and NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 4. I consistently receive an error message stating that the data for the applications is corrupted and that I should delete and redownload them from the Library. This problem occurs during the automatic update of EA SPORTS UFC and for NSUNS4 as well. Despite reinstalling the games and deleting unnecessary data, the issue persists. I purchased EA SPORTS UFC for $15 during a holiday sale and pre-ordered NSUNS4 for $80. It has been a month since I reported the problem, and I have yet to resolve the issue. I would appreciate any guidance on how to fix this so that I can finally enjoy these games to their fullest potential.

Hello, I have a query regarding gift card redemption. My little brother and I share a PS4, each with our own accounts. As the primary user, I mistakenly gave him the code for my gift card. He used $5.00 from the code but now I would like to utilize the remaining $15.00 on my account. Is there a way to either refund the money to my account or for him to transfer the funds to me? My credit card was unexpectedly charged for items my son purchased through a Sony account, not realizing a linked credit card was used. Despite him reloading his wallet with a Sony gift card, when the charges exceeded the balance, it automatically debited our credit card. We did not authorize these charges and were unaware the system would resort to the credit card for payment. We kindly request the removal of these unauthorized charges, as my wife and I did not intend for them to be billed to our credit card.

Fallout has been in the "installing" phase for three days now. I attempted to leave it running while I was at work for two days but found it hadn't made progress upon my return. Despite spending over $ on this purchase, the installation progress is slow, with the current status at . GB out of . GB. The installation speed is below . GB per second, and my internet speed is not the problem. While I know these processes can take time, the delay is frustrating and not ideal.

I recently purchased a pre-owned PS Vita with a one-year guarantee and downloaded Minecraft to enjoy along with other games. When my Vita started having issues, I exchanged it for a brand new one at the store. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and hadn't linked it to an email. Despite my friend's attempt to help, they unknowingly created a new account and erased my previous one, leading to the loss of saved data. I discovered I couldn't re-download Minecraft and now face difficulties playing online games and restarting Silent Hill: Book of Memories. I am seeking assistance to reset my password and regain access to my previous account for a fresh start while retaining my earlier progress.

I have been struggling with connectivity problems on my PlayStation for years now. It started with my PS3 and now my PS4 is experiencing the same issue. I have tried numerous troubleshooting steps such as changing routers, resetting settings, and even upgrading my internet speed, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. I currently share my apartment with two roommates and we have multiple devices connected to the network. I suspect that the presence of the Xbox One might be causing interference with my PS4 connection. Despite my efforts to disconnect the Xbox while playing, the issue persists. I even attempted to use a range extender without success. My PS4 occasionally connects but frequently disconnects, making it impossible to enjoy uninterrupted gameplay. I am considering investing in a more powerful router or exploring internal settings that could be affecting the connection. My ultimate goal is to establish a stable and reliable connection for my PlayStation, even if it means spending money on a new router.

My PS4 is prompting me to update the system software to use network features. When I try to update to version 3.15, it gives me an error message "The network connection has been lost (CE-[redacted]-0)." How can we resolve this issue so my son can connect with friends and play games? Do we need to purchase Playstation Plus for him to play with others? Thank you for your help. Parent
