I watch maybe an hour of TV a week. I have two incandescent lights on average. A computer plugged in and on energy save. I never cook. No gas usage, a relatively new refrigerator and live in a multi unit building. My bills have been suddenly doubled. I noticed my bill has an odd classification for common areas
