Problem report / further detail
It was on version *** or *** as I hadn't played it at all this year before now and the game I bought (Fire Emblem: Fates) required the system to be updated. After letting starting the update I made some coffee, came back and the systems screens are all black and will not turn back on. I contacted Nintendo and they want to charge me $** to send it in for repairs, almost half the cost of the system for something I was forced to do to play the game.
