Traci was driver Nov * Reno to San Francisco..(She actually only drove bus to Sacramento.) I am disabled and when I made reservation stated that...My res. number was (D)**-****-******-M**R-****-REN-SFR.With a stop in Sacramento where new driver took over..Before letting us on bus she cleaned bathroom and upstairs. (I was first in line to get on.)People behind me started pushing me.I almost fell..I was in intense pain by then from standing so long..I said.."I was here first..and disabled get on first"The driver than said.. "NO.(very loud and rudly).You are wrong. Just because your disabled you dont get on first. Its up to driver to decide that...I do not have to let you on first..."She than looked up my reservation number and saw the (D) before number..And said" ok go ahead."Our ride was very jerky.She did not shift the bus smoothly..In Sacramento the drivers were switched. The new driver drove smoothly to San Francisco so I knew it was not a issue with the bus...I have a disabled placard and Drs documentation that I am disabled.I believe that there are laws she broke by denying me first access. I will check with EDD and see what they say about this.Please respond to this .Thank you.My name is Karley Primrose ..*****@***.com..
