I ordered The apple magic mouse. When I tracked it kept saying there were delivery attempts made, when I called fedex they said NO, it will be delivered on *****- I was actually home sick from work that day and got no door knock or door bell ring and no door tag was left. Yesterday I came home work and there was a notification in my mailbox ( SO clearly they got in my building) saying this was their third attempt, even though I never got a door tag. When I called fedex they said groupon made it so I cant change the deliver address or have it held at the fedex facility. when I called groupon this morning it hung up on me first and then I got a man who didn't speak great English and didn't understand why I was upset or anything...he told me I should just reorder the item..SIR THIS IS GROUPON THINGS SELL OUT ITS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. he just didn't get it so I just asked for a refund. It was a HORRIBLE Experience.
