I attempted to update my credit card details online yesterday to buy tickets but failed to do so through my account. After contacting customer service, I was informed that my card is on hold, and I need to visit my bank to resolve this issue, which I will do tomorrow. Following their advice, I tried using a different card, but encountered a http403 error preventing site access. I am perplexed by this blockage. Once the hold on my card is resolved, will the issue with site access also be resolved? Best regards, C.

I bought the Ion Jett Turbo 30-Second Hair Straightener on January 5th. Although I was told it would arrive in 12 days, it didn't. It actually arrived while I was in Mexico on 01/27/[redacted], 5 days late. I opened it on 01/29/[redacted] and it looked used. I tried to use the hair straightener brush, but it didn't work. I missed the return period by one day, but I want to return it and get a refund.

I spoke with Beverly Joy H, who mentioned that I could print the voucher and use it for tonight's event, despite its expiration date. However, upon attempting to print it, the system indicated that it had indeed expired for tonight's event and redirected me to the previous screen. Initially, when purchasing the tickets as a Christmas gift, I was also unable to print them due to system limitations.

I recently purchased a Groupon for 6 months of exercise classes with MetaBody Yoga & Fitness. I thought signing up online would be easy, but I was disappointed to find limited class options only after redeeming my Groupon code. The available classes are at inconvenient times for my work schedule, making it impossible for me to attend. I feel deceived by the advertisement and would like a refund since I have not been able to attend any classes due to this unforeseen restriction. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage using the account [redacted] The promotional value is set to expire on 2/14. However, when I contacted the massage establishment last month to schedule an appointment before the expiration date, I was informed that the earliest availability was in March. The massage therapist advised me to contact Groupon to request a refund for the voucher and then repurchase it so I could book within the valid period. I would appreciate a call to assist me in completing this process. Thank you.

We booked a Groupon Getaway for a stay at the Grand Oasis Tulum in September. After enduring a 12-hour journey, we arrived only to find out that the hotel had no rooms available for us. Instead, we were redirected to a subpar hotel that did not meet the standards we had expected. Our replacement accommodation had uncomfortable beds, dirty rooms, mold causing me a sinus infection and additional medical expenses, uncooked chicken leading to my husband's food poisoning, further medical bills, and overall terrible customer service. This experience completely ruined our vacation.

I bought a groupon for Salt Therapy Senson, thinking they were in Garden Grove, Ca according to your website. However, they don't have a location there. This misinformation led to me not being able to use the groupon. The company is kind, but they've been urging you to correct the location info. I attempted to call your number but didn't have 25 minutes to wait for a response.

On your website, it states that your company is based in Garden Grove, CA, which is inaccurate. The location in Garden Grove does not exist. Due to this misinformation, I cannot utilize the Groupon I purchased. The company is attempting to rectify the false advertising regarding the Garden Grove location. I have attempted to contact your phone number, but waiting 25 minutes for a response is not feasible for me.

I called the salon where I have a Groupon to make an appointment. They claimed it was already redeemed, which is not true as I haven't received any service. They also mentioned that the salon split and they are no longer associated with it. When I asked for the contact information of the other salon, they refused to provide it. I am requesting a refund or would like to be directed to the new salon if someone is willing to share its location.

I signed up for Tru Fit Bootcamp, but when I visited their website to register, they contacted me by email. They informed me that I had to participate in an orientation session before I could join a class. Unfortunately, when I attempted to schedule the orientation, they were unable to locate my voucher. It turns out that my voucher was from Groupon and not Living Social. Subsequently, they ceased communication, did not follow up with me, and marked my voucher as redeemed even though I never had the chance to attend an orientation or a class.

Hello, I received the TV I ordered, and it arrived completely damaged, missing the stand. It seems more like someone's discarded item rather than a refurbished product from Vizio, as the box wasn't even opened. I need to return the TV, but the return label generated is for USPS, and they refuse to accept such a large box. Could someone please assist me with the return process urgently? Thank you.

I am confused by the email I got from Groupon today regarding my One-Year Household Plus Membership with the MN Historical Society. Back in February, I purchased the Groupon and provided my shipping information, which was also used as my membership information. I thought by doing so, the voucher was redeemed, and I was just waiting for the membership cards to arrive at the given address. I double-checked with the Historical Society, and they confirmed my understanding. Now, the email says I only have 21 days to "redeem" my Groupon. Have I missed something here?

I used the Groupon app "Snap" by Groupon recently. It informed me that my money would be converted to Groupon dollars, which it did successfully. However, the $ discount that was supposed to be automatically applied to my purchase did not appear. I am unsure how to receive the discount. Thank you. Also, I called earlier and was given an estimated wait time of - minutes, but I have not received a call back yet. I made the call at :pm EST, and it is currently : EST.

Hello, my name is Xu and I am an Army soldier currently training at Fort Sam Houston. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a one-hour horseback riding tour for two at Corpus Christi Beach. Unfortunately, the available time slots offered by Groupon were at :00 AM or :00 PM, which do not align with my training schedule as we have formation at :00 AM. The drive from San Antonio to Corpus Christi takes approximately 3 hours, creating a time conflict. Due to this, I was unable to use my Groupon. Can I please request a refund for this booking? I purchased a set of Esso car wash cards several days ago, but I have not received them yet through mail delivery. I discovered that my Esso Groupon voucher has been marked as used already. Despite sending two emails to customer service, they advised me to contact Esso directly. I attempted to reach an agent through Groupon customer service over the phone, but they did not follow up on their promise to call me back. My trust in Groupon has been severely shaken. Losing out on a $ worth of Groupon without any response is unacceptable. I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau to address this ongoing issue.

I have a gift card I need to redeem. Unfortunately, while trying to reveal the PIN, I accidentally removed part of it, only leaving the first two numbers (39). I have the card number. Can you help me retrieve the full PIN? I believe Groupon's records will confirm that the card has not been used yet. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently ordered the Apple Magic Mouse. Tracking information indicated multiple delivery attempts, but FedEx confirmed it should be delivered on 05/17. Despite being home that day, no delivery was made, and I did not receive any notification or door tag. Upon contacting FedEx, I was unable to change the delivery address or have it held at the facility due to restrictions placed by Groupon. When I reached out to Groupon for assistance, the call abruptly ended, and the representative I spoke to struggled to understand my concerns. After little help, I decided to request a refund as the item was no longer available. This whole experience with Groupon has been very frustrating for me.

I am attempting to purchase two additional Groupons of the same deal I previously bought. Initially, I bought two but had to cancel one due to incorrect dates. While trying to place the new order, I am facing an issue where the order does not process and prompts me to contact my financial institution. After reaching out, they confirmed the original two orders and assured me that there should be no problem processing the payment as the funds are available. The Groupon deal is only available for another hour, so it is crucial for me to successfully place this order.

We had a Groupon for Siam Orchid (#9[redacted]) that we tried to use on June 25, [redacted]. Later, we found out the restaurant had used the voucher before we arrived. The Groupon was for 4 people, but the 4th person didn't show up, so the restaurant denied our use of it. Unfortunately, we couldn't redeem it before it expired, and we are hoping to utilize its value now.

I noticed the banner for an "Extra 20% off things to do & more" on Groupon leading to gr.pn/promofaq; however, upon clicking, the site was not found. Thankfully, I found the New York City Explorer Pass under the "shop now" link. I intended to purchase two passes with the promised 20% discount using code "twenty" for both my husband's and my accounts, and even made hotel reservations accordingly. Sadly, the code is not working as expected. Can anyone offer assistance quickly as the offer expires today? Thank you.
