We purchased a Groupon Getaway to the Grand Oasis Tulum in September. After ** hours of traveling we arrived at our hotel and waiting an hour before being told they they did not have rooms for us. Not only did they not fulfill the reservation that we had for * months but they put us at a hotel that was nowhere up to par with the standard of the hotel that we booked. The hotel we ended up staying at had uncomfortable hard beds, had dirty rooms, had mold in our room (so I now have a sinus infection and have incurred various medical bills), uncooked chicken that my husband got food poisening from (thus more medical bills) and terrible customer service and overall poor atmosphere. This RUINED our vacation!!
