I cancelled my reservation at Wine Valley Lodge hotel in Napa, Ca **hrs prior to my reservation and was charged am enormous fee that left me on vacation without cash in my account. I Neff this money deposited back into my account. I plan to didn't this as I have cancelled before and was greeted with kindness and approval at zero charge. The person I contacted at the hotel would not accept my cancellation in advance before I could reach your company. totally unacceptable. Awaiting your prompt response, Leah Butterworth *** *** ****
