I need to update my physical address in the system, so I can get a replacement card sent. My card was sent to wrong address after I specifically told the people at the location to change the address to my current one. They did not. I also need to update my e-mail address because the people at the store location screwed that up to. I had terrible customer service over the phone, and all they were worried about was collecting payment. They were not concerned about updating my correct information. I need this done, so I can get my card and start handling these issues online, where I won't have issues.
