Problem report / further detail
Item en route to old address, even though they have the new billing*shipping address. Said on Monday they'd contact UPS to reroute and that I would hear fro UPS within ** hrs. Haven't heard from them yet and the tracking info still shows wrong address. Have spent over * hrs on hold over three calls to Best Buy. Called corporate cust svc and was given a hold time of * hr and ** min.
