Problem report / further detail
I enrolled in an American Express card that I thought offered monthly payments to pay off my bill. After I used the card to help with my recent move, i got my first bill and wasn't offered the option to pay monthly. They wanted everything I charged at once, which i was unable to do. I've been giving them payments monthly, but unfortunately I'm still getting a fee for not paying the card in its entirety. I was hoping to switch to monthly payments, that way I know ill be able to pay off my card.
