Today, I received the SONY MDR-ZX300 Monitor Headphones (Black) from the seller TOES UNTD. Unfortunately, the product I received appears to be a fake. It is missing the guarantee card and product manual, and the packaging is covered in Chinese text, indicating a possible duplication from China. The headset looks nothing like the picture on the website, made of low-quality plastic. Despite receiving the item, the site still shows it as "on the way." I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Amazon.

I asked for a price for 35 copies of the Lippincott Textbook for Nursing Assistants and was quoted $46.79 each, making the total cost $[redacted].65. Last Friday, I attempted to reload my Amazon account with $[redacted]. After my order was charged and then refunded without my request, I reached out to Amazon support. They advised me to contact my bank, which I did this morning. The bank informed me that Amazon indeed charged and refunded the $[redacted] on the same day. Now, due to this issue, I am incurring a $10 fee. I am seeking guidance on properly charging my Amazon account with the $[redacted].

I've been browsing on Amazon for some good deals on a used iPad (4th generation) and found a few options that caught my eye. However, I noticed that not all of these listings come with a 30-day warranty since they are sold by individuals rather than stores. 1. Hello! I recently purchased a DJI Phantom 3 Standard drone and encountered a malfunction on its maiden flight. After pressing the home button, the drone took off, descended, and flew in the wrong direction, ultimately ending up stuck in a tree far from home. Despite contacting DJI directly, they referred me to Amazon for assistance due to my purchase being through them. I believe we also acquired the warranty for this product. I initially ordered 4 Lexar Professional 1000x 16GB SDHC UHS-IIU3 Cards but only received 3 in the package. After reaching out to customer support, they sent one replacement card instead of the correct package containing 2 cards as per my order. Therefore, I am still missing one Lexar Professional 1000x 16GB SDHC UHS-IIU3 Card to complete my original purchase.

I received a call from a woman informing me that my orientation was rescheduled. She offered me two options: today at 5:30 or Friday at 1. I chose Wednesday, which she said she would schedule for me. The following morning, I received an email stating that my orientation was now on Friday at 1, despite my preference for Wednesday. I am unsure if I am still scheduled for today's orientation and would appreciate clarification.

Order number [redacted] - I noticed multiple delivery attempts on the tracking page, but I can't seem to locate it now. Nothing has been delivered though, and my husband and I, who are retired, have been at home the whole time. There were notes left that the packages couldn't be delivered, which is incorrect as we never refused anything. We have a spacious property with a covered porch and deck for packages to be placed securely. We haven't left the house, and our dogs would have alerted us to any delivery. I am not looking for a refund, I just want the items. Please pay attention to the details provided.

Hello, I purchased an HDMI to VGA cable on November 29th. Originally, I was informed that the delivery would be on December 8th, [redacted]. However, I recently received an email stating that the product was delivered, but no one was available to accept it, resulting in the courier returning it. Despite my account specifying the delivery date as December 8th, this confusion with the dates and the notification about the undelivered product has left me perplexed.

My order was expected to arrive yesterday, Dec. 17, but it hasn't shown up. Unfortunately, when I attempt to access my account, I keep receiving an error message indicating there's an issue with my email and/or password. Despite being confident that I've entered the correct credentials, I'm consistently unable to log in. On the rare occasion I managed to access my account, my orders were not displayed. My attempts to track the shipment have also been fruitless, as it appears that there is no record of my purchase. However, I am certain that I have indeed placed the order and made the payment.

This morning, I attempted to purchase three items for my son's Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, there was a payment issue due to my bank account, which I resolved. I then re-ordered the items successfully. However, upon checking my bank account, I noticed that I was double-charged. Now, I will be receiving two of each item. I would like to request the cancellation and refund of one of the orders.

I need some help with an order I placed. I used my mom's credit card but want the item to be delivered to my address, not hers. This caused the order to be flagged, and they are requesting faxed information, which we can't provide as we don't have a fax machine. I am stuck on what to do next. I would like to cancel the order and account to avoid further issues. Is this possible? If I don't take any action, will I still be charged for an item that won't be delivered? Will leaving it unresolved halt my account usage in the future?

My Amazon Prime trial just ended, and I noticed a $99.99 Amazon Prime fee charged to my debit card. I decided to cancel the membership since I hadn't planned to continue the trial. However, I couldn't find the option for a full refund. I later found out that since I haven't made any Prime eligible purchases, I may be eligible for a full refund, which is what I am now pursuing.

Hello! I recently purchased the Madden 16 Xbox One bundle from Amazon. The Madden game comes on a card with a code that needs to be scratched off. Unfortunately, the code was partially damaged because there was a sticker covering it. Despite our efforts to remove the sticker carefully, it tore off half of the code. I have already reached out to Xbox for assistance, and they advised me to contact Amazon since the bundle was bought from them. I have the proof of purchase ready, and I can provide images of the damaged code. Could you please help me inquire about the possibility of receiving a replacement Madden 16 card from Amazon? I live in Sydney, Australia, and recently purchased a Cooler Master Storm Quickfire Rapid mechanical keyboard from Amazon. After receiving it on December 24, [redacted], I found it to be non-functional when I tried it on December 25, [redacted]. After contacting Cooler Master through their support ticket system and live chat, they verified the keyboard was faulty and advised me to return it. The return shipping to Amazon in the U.S. cost me $49.90 AUS, nearly three times the price I paid for initial shipping. I feel it's unfair that I have to incur additional expenses due to receiving a defective product. I have chosen the refund option for the faulty keyboard and would like to inquire if Amazon can cover the full cost of the return shipping.

I received a package addressed to me, but it's not something I ordered, and my account wasn't charged. There was no Amazon packaging slip included. The item I received is a long yellow pole in a very long box that appears to be a Long Arm Extender Pole. The UPS tracking number is 1Z21E17E[redacted]. I'm uncertain about what to do next. I am willing to return it but unsure how to get it to a UPS facility because of the box's size.

I made an order on Amazon and updated the delivery address the following day. The package was supposed to arrive after 4 days, so I didn't anticipate any issues. However, it was delivered to the initial address instead of the updated one. On the order tracking page, it shows the delivery was made to the correct address, but under the details section, it lists the original address. I need the items sent to the new address. My sister in Miami received the package, and I'm hoping she can return it so it can be delivered to the correct address, my aunt in Arizona.

I placed an order for a textbook using Amazon Prime last Wednesday, expecting the usual two-day free shipping. To my surprise, the tracking information shows it won't arrive until this upcoming Wednesday. I actually need the book by Tuesday at the latest, so this delayed delivery is causing an issue for me.
