Hey there. I*m a Amazon's customer from Brazil and I use to buy in your store in the US always when I have a trip scheduled, and than, I catch my stuffs. One of the last times I've bought I've got one Kitchen (order * ***-*******-*******), delivered in Miami. The package was really big and due to that, I just opened It when I got in Brazil. Unfortunatelly, It came with one part missing (the telephone) and one part broken (acrylic oven panel). I tried to solve it with you guys, but the only response I got was the standard way to return the item. Of course I didnt work for me because I was already in Brazil. The point is, I*m going to Orlando next month and I was wondering If you guys could help me to get these parts to complete my daughter's kitchen.
