Hello, My name is Gerardo Moncayo and a couple of weeks opened my Amazon account to buy with mail *****@***.com and buy prime and some items more ago, the first purchase email came to me and then I got a message from that the order could not be processed by my billing address, I was asked to send my phone number, and other data ... i send it to them. Then they asked me to send them a fax with the statement and until today could not solve my problem. How can you help me ?
