Amazon closed two accounts of mine.*One was for email: katek***A@comcast.net*The other email: *****@***.com.**Both had gift cards applied to these accounts as follows.*BPXTP***FM*DJ**$*****FZQSVXA*T*RU*$***EW**QDXGYU*DQZ*$***AQVFLK*LQ*S**JR*$***AQJQE**BL*NXRXU*$****I have tried to reenter these cards on another amazon account and it says that they are applied to another account. Which means they are still being held in the closed accounts. Can you please find out which cards were applied to each account, the remaining balances and How they plan to reimburse me for these gift cards.**Thanks! KATHERINE ***-***-****
